By the way, there was only one person behind me so she definitely could have done it after helping the other customer, she just simply did not care enough to help. i won't be returning to this location because that really upset me.

Going to pick up my prescription, I found a line of 15-20 fellow customers waiting to pick up their prescriptions. The store manager was indifferent to the problem and she suggested that I might try another Walgreens. I said that would be as stupid as waiting an hour at this one. For anyone who is really lonely, go to Walgreens. You'll find plenty of new friends and time to visit with them in line. If you need a prescription filled on a timely basis, go elsewhere.

My doctor sent my orders over, I had a text same day thought that was a good sign. Next day I got a text my meds needed a price approval. I call within 2 minutes of receiving text and approved the price. I was told it could take up to 72 business hours for it to be fulfilled. Two weeks and nothing so I call and was told I never approved the price (which I had) they then told me they would push it through and it would be ready in a day or two. 3 days later I make the hour drive and go in person and what do you know, it has not even been started. Fuming, I held my composure and transferred my prescription to a different compounding pharmacy in Midland and they filled it within TWO hours!!! How insane is that difference. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are dealing with people's health and take no consideration for that. Not to mention, not a single person in that place was friendly from the first encounter. Do your self a favor and take your business elsewhere.
