I just got a text my script was ready. Hop in the car and see signs staying on the windows that they are closing early this week--what used to be a 24 hour pharmacy. I get to the counter and are told that they are closed, yet helping people in the drive in and at the counter. How are people supposed to get what they need if you are always closed? CVS used to be great. Now they don't care at all about people. Seems they don't need my money anymore....

My employer requires this (CVS) pharmacy, which is the closest and most convenient to my home. I think this next benefit year I'll no longer required to use CVS, having options will be nice. Order was picked, got notified that driver was on the way, and two minutes later, got notified that delivery was attempted and they need to reschedule. This store is all the way across town. There was no way delivery was attempted 2 minutes later. We call the store to find out what is going on since the driver is not answering the chat option, and my husband got yelled by a Walmart associate that we have to call 1800Walmart because we used express. My husband wanted to talk to a manager and the pick up person yelled at him then hung up on him. We ended up cancelling the order after waiting till 10:30 pm for nothing. NEVER USE EXPRESS DELIVERY!! NOT WORTH IT!!

It was fairly busy as well, that was a surprise. They had what we needed, tho checking out ... WOW, what a task! It's mostly self check out, so we do the work, that includes staying in line for WAY too long. At the bay we were waiting at, one lady was sitting at the check out counter waiting on the attendant to scan something on her phone, another lady was standing there having issues with some gift card that would work, and another couple at another counter was standing waiting on the attendant to input some information onto the screen that shows an image I've never seen at the store, asking for two boxes of information to be filled with with a keyboard underneath it. 4 check out counters at our bay, and 3 were delayed for serval minutes. It was crazy, I've never seen this situation at any store before.

Not once have I ever raised my voice, I do not behave in that manner, then the staff member tells me she wrote bad notes in her computer about me, she sided with the Father about how he views me as a parent to my sweet child, she also twisted around stating I said I dont want to speak to you you you, when I specifically said I didn't want to speak to her and wanted to speak to higher authority, but then I told myself I'm stronger than this and I tried to talk to her, she accused me of turning things into an arguement when that is not true, my family and friends know I am very pleasant and easy to get along with. Just because I didn't answer what she and my ex wanted that evening doesn't mean I'm an hysterical person, she was a leak and helped my child's Father to attack my reputation. The friendliest, most customer service oriented pharmacy I have EVER encountered…read more When I got fed up with bad service and long wait times and constantly having them lose my information, I decided to ditch my old pharmacy and find a new one. This was the best decision I have ever made! I have talked to several people who work there and all of them are happy, friendly and super helpful! Also, they will deliver your meds to you if you can't make it in to get them and you can do everything over the phone so all you have to do is open your door. And they will deliver them to wherever you happen to be at the time! They told me they take most insurances and if they don't take it yet they probably will. They also have a website and app with a pharmacist available for you to text/chat with if you need to ask a question about anything. It is amazing! I highly recommend them!

So I am a Pharmacy Manager that has always worked in a Independent Pharmacy's because I always…read moreliked being able to give great customer service that you may not always get in a chain store ,so when I moved to Midland and was looking for a pharmacy I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Graham's Pharmacy they had an abundance of staff and just a beautiful Pharmacy I found out very quickly that looks can be deceiving, now having worked in a pharmacy for over 30 years I know how stressful It can be as a customer I have always kept that in mind and have given plenty of time for them to get my prescriptions ready like a week or more but that was still not enough time at this heavily staffed pharmacy! I have been in there 5 times and all 5 times it has never been correct! Needless to say I transferred everything out to a Chain Pharmacy! The only thing worse than a pharmacy that doesn't have enough staff is an over staffed pharmacy and no one knows what they are doing!!
