DO NOT GO HERE website shows RAPID COVID TESTING $165 but I was charged $565! Rude front desk staff when I told her I had medicaid and wanted to pay out of pocket she rolled her eyes and grabbed my card. She told me doctor could charge what he wants to with me having no insurance. I explained I have insurance but my child who is in foster care only has medicaid. She had no remorse at all and continously told my husband he had to leave the waiting area all while my 10 month old foster child with 105 temp was crying. Just awful experience. I cried leaving this place. NEVER have had such a bad experience here all the times I have come. I can only think it is because the child is on welfare. read more

Got in fast and out fast. The staff was friendly and kept me informed. This is my second time here and it bern a good experience both times.

Fast ER did an AMAZING job. We were literally in within 10 minutes. Excellent service and care.

A nurse first came in and listened to chest. Left the room came back and started breathing treatment. While I'm doing the breathing treatment a doctor comes in without introducing hisself and told me to continue treatment. After I was done the nurse came in with a steroid shot said she would be back with paperwork.........that was 1 hour ago and I can hear them laughing through the paper thin walls. Will not be back lack of bed side manners and no communication. I finally walked out and asked them if I was done and they laughed and said yes.' I know they forgot. The paperwork said bronchitis and Dr Gipson. I also have blisters on my fingers and hands like maybe shingles.....they never looked at them to prescribe ointments. Also my Blood pressure was 200/98 at first and when I left it was still high at 155/95. Can not believe they did not try to get it lower. read more

if i could give zero stars i would . will never go here again !! we had brought a baby in because she had choked and we wanted to make sure she was okay after . the receptionist was horrible to us !! was rude from the moment we walked in , talk about making a bad situation worse and then when she went to go make copies of our ids she continued to make comments about how we stupid for being our baby in to the nurse. to finish of as i was leaving she was watching "kingdom" on netflix and ignored me until i got her attention and then i spoke to her she said okay there's nothing i need from you now and rolled her eyes . i have never left a place feeling so uncomfortable and just all around bad . other than that the nursing staff and doctors were very nice and helped us. read more

I went to Fast ER Care for stitches. I had cut my hand using a rotary cutter. The cut was small. I had a tetanus shot, a shot of lidocaine to deaden the area and a few stitches (3). My bill was $3,364.76! I will NEVER use this facility again. read more

I had a deathly illness hit me twice In a six month period that made me a top priority over all the patients that we're currently in the hospital. After being diagnosed incorrectly I ended up in the ER three days later. This is when I first met Dr. Sikes and when he determined I had a severe case of cellulitis. Treatment was prescribed and after two months of treatment I was over my illness. This was the first I've heard of cellulitis and how critical it could be, if untreated death was certain. Thank God for Dr. Sikes! Three months later I again came down with cellulitis knowing the symptoms. I made a bee line back to Dr. Sikes only to find out he was on vacation. The nurse at the ER recommended me going to Dr. Terry Beck, wasting no time another bee line to see Dr. Beck. Proper diagnose and treatment I was back in action in no time. First time visit to Fast ER Care. Brought in my son who was suffering from pain and the staff took really good care of us. We were greeted and seen quickly. A special thank you to Dr Axis for make me feel like my son mattered and made him feel at ease , and to Nurse Louis thanks for looking out. Nurse Louis was not only informative but he was with my son and explained everything to him every step of the way. He was funny and helped us a lot. And to the unit coordinator Julie thank you for help and being so friendly and understanding which is a great quality. Went in today and the staff was awesome. There was like a 5 min wait. Got in got out. The best care that I have received in midland. Doctor Ogeda was great. He explained everything and answered any questions and concerns. The staff was also very friendly and nice. Will definitely go here again. read more
