They sent me on my way with paperwork to give to my primary physician in case I don't get better soon. Since I had an ear infection and was supposed to fly home the next day, the doctor wanted to make sure I had as quick of a recovery as possible so I wouldn't have a miserable flight. Everyone there seemed to really care about making me feel better and I really appreciated that extra touch of caring since I was away from home and didn't feel well. Highly recommended!!!!

The service was quick and thorough. The physician was very knowledgeable in Recordable vs. non-Recordable and provided communication for great case management. I'd would actually use this physician in his private practice. However, when sending an employee over alone, the registrar is very ignorant to what case management is and rude. She invited me to send my employee else where. I simply needs to communicate that we have modified duty available and I was advised that the doctor would be in charge of patient care! My advise to an employer, do not send an employee unaccompanied based on today's experience. If the support staff was as hospitable, I'd definitely score this facility a 5 Star hands down.

I stayed over night for observation and I was able to order foods that I liked. Provided detailed reports for follow up with my primary doctor and care team where I live. Thank you for a top of the line experience. Oh by the way I am feeling much better physically. Ps: my wife loves the robe I received from Signature. I walked into SignatureCare weak, lightheaded, and unsure of what was happening in my body. The staff didn't rush me--they listened, took my symptoms seriously, and ran tests that brought clarity. My labs showed more than numbers; they revealed a story of imbalance, dehydration, and a medication that may need adjusting. I'm grateful they didn't overlook anything. Even though it's not a hospital, SignatureCare gave me hospital-level care with personal attention. Their work helped me take the next steps in healing, not just physically, but emotionally. I left knowing what was wrong--and with a plan. Thank you, SignatureCare.

Covenant Health Hobbs Hospital - Mammogram room 11/20/2023

*** mammogram review only ***…read more First a side story... Earlier this year, the Covenant Health Hospital in Hobbs, NM, took good care of my dad after some issues I'd rather not get into because it's his business. I was actually impressed with the communication all of his health care team had been providing him with. They even allowed my mom (who is also technically elderly) to stay the night in his room and visit him whenever she could. I met a couple of the nurses that had been taking care of him and they were all courteous and professional. THANK YOU! Today, Friday, December 13, 2024, I had a somewhat last-minute mammogram yet again at this facility. Once again I was seen by the fabulous radiologic technologist, Sarah. Check-in with the security guard went smooth. As did with two other employees. (The second employee I saw re-registered me with the hospital and the third communicated to my tech that I had arrived.) The facility is still clean and well-maintained. I enjoy going here for my mammograms because it's simple, quick, clean, and painless - but I should note I have an overall high pain threshold. If you do not tolerate pain, just say that - they will take measures to be as gentle as possible. The time that I entered the mammography room to exiting out of the hospital was probably not even 15 minutes. Glad my doctor referred me here again because now we have comparisons from last year... plus Sarah was great! TIP Don't be hesitant or fearful about getting your boobs squished. Just go here if you get the recommendation!

I do have days, that seem worse than others, but with therapy, I have been able to manage the physical work day better than expected. This crew, at Martin County Hospital Physical Therapy, has been a true blessing for me several times, not just at the moment, but in the past as well. In Addition, I would like to mention, I have been seen several times in the emergency room for injuries and ailments. Everyone from security, admittance, and emergency room professionals for the most have been very courteous, and very helpful as well; a true blessing. Their was one time, they told me I just had interjection after checking me for COVID, when I was in severe pain. The true diagnosis was severe Clostridium difficile. That was the only time I felt they did not take me serious. I am not the type to rate everyone good or great and I do understand others may have different experiences, this is my honest opinion. Problems take place everywhere. Evaluations most of the time are best after several visits, but not always.
