I've never had anything but great experiences here. I saw the previous review and was skeptic but…read morehonestly every single person there couldn't be nicer. The nurse was sweet and cordial; the doctor was very courteous and precise. If you're looking for somewhere to go if you have a head cold, or a stomach bug then you'll be fine here. Wait has never been long, and the offices are clean. As for the guy at the front desk- he's perfectly friendly, not overly talkative but I've never once seen him be rude or discourteous to a single person...I can't speak for everyone but he's perfectly agreeable in my opinion. Who knows, maybe the attitude we bring in dictates the attitude we get in return.

I am a registered nurse who works in the medical field (and have for over 13 year0. When I attempted to speak with him over this patient he would interrupt me and told me basically I did not know what I was talking about. He then hung up on me. When I called back and asked to speak to his Supervisor he informed me I would not be able to speak to anyone else and he would not allow me to waste anymore of his time and hung up on me! I am attempting to bring business to your office and arrange an appointment for a person (patient) who would be bringing money and job security to your clinic and I am hung up on and told I am wasting your time? I have made note in company data base where I also read numerous other reports over the same thing with "Jay". If the front off ice acts this way I can only assume what the physicians are like. As we all know your employees are a reflection of you. I personally will not refer or attempt to arrange another patient to go to this clinic and will use many of the other friendly and competent clinics in the area.

Huge Scam. $300 for a visit. "I need to get medical records". Wait 3 weeks. No records. Call back…read more Wait 3 more weeks. No records. Call back. "The records we received aren't all that clear. We can't help you". What? So I am out $300 for nothing? "Yes". Giant con. I agree with the reviewer from earlier this year, "the lack of communication is unacceptable" is a good way to put it. This place is like a pill mill, but with no pills. And why are 25 reviews hidden on here? Because they're fake reviews. Don't waste your time and your money.

The lack of communication is unacceptable--emails, phone calls, even messages through the pharmacy go unanswered. They repeatedly require me to come in for the same updates, charging $200 each time. Each visit involves long wait times, understaffed teams, and unprofessional behavior from the staff, including the doctor. Their judgmental attitudes and expressions make it clear they're not interested in making patients feel understood. Instead, they make you feel judged and looked down upon, which is the last thing anyone needs in a medical setting. After countless attempts to reach out, I finally heard back, only to be told they wouldn't refill my prescription without another $200 visit. This is for a medication that costs less than $20 for a 3-month supply--but when you factor in the cost of these unnecessary visits, it quickly adds up. Now, I'm left to suffer through withdrawals due to their delays because I refuse to pay them another penny. This place is clearly more interested in money than in patient care. It's baffling how they have such high ratings. Fool me once, fool me twice--never again.
