We started coming here a lot, and the waitresses got to know my daughter. Recently, She left her bow there & when we came back about a month later, they had it in a bag with her name on it & they gave it to her. We were having trouble finding my son's prescription here in Midland and decided to give Grahams a try. Had never been here before. Went to pharmacy first and they had his medicine. Not only that but they said if we needed to get it in the future and they were out then it would only take one day to get it ordered. CVS and Walgreens told us 2 weeks. While waiting, we went to the ice cream bar and it was delicious. Amazing. Great service and super friendly employees as well. I used to go to there old location by CVS&Walgreens. And loved it. I never ate there at there little diner until they moved to there new location on Wall St. I love there cheeseburgers. You order , the service is great and so is the food. I loved the burger, tasty, and loved the freshness of the tomatoes. If you go order a cheeseburger, and get a chocolate malt. So good! Also have cute gifts and a little shop but kind of expensive. But stuff you can't get in stores like walmart or the mall.! Must go! read more

Graham's Pharmacy has a large gift item selection and a soda fountain. You can sit at stools at the granite bar or they have a small amount of tables. The sodas have always been good here along with good burgers and other sandwiches and milkshakes. They built a new location a couple of years ago which is very nice but it doesn't quite have the authentic retro quality of the old one. The pharmacy part is great to get your prescriptions filled but they just have a limited selection of over-the-counter drugs and toiletries. read more

More than just a pharmacy. The actual pharmacy part is quick, efficient and friendly. They do an awesome job of helping everybody. All the knick-knack's and other accouterments make this place unique. Think Cracker Barrel, but replace the kitschy cheapness with actual taste. Granted, the taste is definitely Texan and may not be for everyone, but they have a lot of nice gifts in here. Classic wonderful Midland business! Grahams has always been a great place, at their old location and now at the new one. They have great food and a very cool atmosphere like an old-time soda fountain shoppe with the bar and stools to sit at. Yes, the eating area is small and they get busy but that is because the food is good and it is worth it. They have a huge variety of gifts and really neat items in the shop that are priced well and it is so fun to shop around in there while you wait for your prescription. The pharmacy is also great. Their over the counter selection is not huge, but they have alot of great stuff you dont usually find in your every day grocery. They are accurate and knowledgeable along with being friendly and the wait is not too long. You won't mind waiting though because you get to shop while you wait. :) Everyone who works there has always been super friendly and helpful. I have loved it there since I was a little girl and it is so great to be able to take my son in there now! Go see for yourself, you will love it! read more

It's all good! I enjoy the pharmacy, since they are good about filling prescriptions. Careful, many other people have the same idea, which could be a longer wait time. I would also come here for shots like seasonal flu shots & some travel shots, if they have them. I was coming here for shots before Walmart started offering immunizations. The pharmacy also has prescription delivery service. They are similar to Medical Center Pharmacy (same Rx labels & computer system, basically sister companies), but the staff is more team-oriented & helpful here. While getting prescriptions filled, they have a large gift shop area. I could get lost there (in a good/fun way, tho) exploring the gift items & stuff! I also like the area where they serve food. You can get a burger, sandwich, fries, sodas, milkshakes, among other things. There is also a nice "fudge bar", where they make different flavors of fudge & sweets you can purchase by the (1/4-, 1/2-) pound. Those make great gift ideas for holidays! read more

The burger was okay (definitely frozen cafeteria type burger), service is friendly. But the real 5 Stars is for the amazing chocolate Malts. That's the best place in town to get one. They always put the perfect amount of malt to make it a 5/5 every time. HIGHLY recommend. Get there during non lunch hours if you want to avoid a rush. read more

Graham's is a Midland staple. I've never been to the actual pharmacy part so that is not included. The restaurant part is a nice little area with lots of potential. The food is very simple yet not bad. Just average but there is a lot of potential. The shop part has lots of interesting items. All the employees are very friendly. read more

"Sorry" should be a board game...not the response given EVERYTIME a refill is due but the staff always claims that they're out of a specific medication. Look, I believe in supporting the local mom and pop shops to help support the community, but said shop has to have at least the smallest amount of respect for their customers. Oh and a bit of professionalism couldn't hurt. This is a pharmacy that displays neither. And when did pharmacists decide they know as much as the doctors who prescribe the medication? Well, here you will NOT receive your medication that your doctor has prescribed you until Grahams deems the time is right, regardless of what your doctor instructed. I understand that there are federal and state regulations a pharmacy must follow, but when did we stop being "people" and just start becoming statistics and income! I mean, for heaven's sake, do these people NOT REALISE that the very medications they dispense KEEP some people alive! Folks our health system is broke! And if a pharmacy is out of a medication (which should never happen btw) then shouldn't it be that pharmacies duty to find it's replacement? Not at Grahams. I recommend any other pharmacy because at least you may have a chance of them seeing YOU...not another statistic or sale. read more

Was disappointed when I saw them grab my pre-cooked patty from a warming drawer and throw it in the microwave. Graham's Pharmacy has the greatest diet vanilla cokes and fudge! I have been going here since I was a little girl. The old employees used to know me by name and know what I wanted. Someone but them about 10 years ago and things have changed - they seem much more like they are just there to make money. But, the diet vanilla coke's will keep me spending my money there! read more

The pharmacy customer service is on par with walgreens yet less convenient. No drive-thru and long wait times. Also, it is locally owned so if there is a complaint you might as well shove it because they have no intentions on resolving. Have not tried the food recently because past experiences were lackluster, and it is too crowded. I was disappointed with my last visit; talked my husband into going since he's new to Midland and was met with all the food being microwaved. No actual cooking was done and everything tasted dry and reheated. The malts were not impressive either. We will probably never return for food. Had lunch here for the first and last time today. Food was disgusting! I had a hamburger to eat. The patty was a pre-cooked frozen one that was nuked in the microwave. The individuals preparing the food (I don't call them cooks because they did not cook a single item) handled all the food with their bare hands. I never once saw them wash their hands after handling several non-food items. I brought this to the attention of the manager. He told me they don't have to wear gloves as long as they wash their hands. Evidently they don't care about potentially getting someone sick. read more

I keep trying to like this place. One piece of turkey on some store bought bread is just not a sandwich. I ordered double meat and veggies today and they acted like I was a starving horse. It came out with TWO pieces of turkey on it. Ordered fruit one time and I got a Dole fruit cup with the seal still on it saturated in syrup. I have never been treated more nasty by a service person as I was at Graham's today. One of the ladies that runs the register at the pharmacy said as loud as possible today that my credit card was declined and that she has had this conversation with me before and that I needed to take care of it. She is right on one point... We have had this conversation 3 times actually. My credit card they kept on file was cancelled because it had been stollen. 3 different times I asked them to delete that card and gave them a new one. She treated me like a third class citizen trying to steal my medication. My husband as been going to Graham's since he was a small child, but our family will be going elsewhere. I left that place in tears today. So much for small town customer service. read more

Some of the worst customer service I have experienced in this town, and anybody from Midland knows that is pretty bad. The worst part about it is when you contact management to address the situation the manager calls you a liar to your face.
