Been here twice on back-to-back days. It's weird because I have worked so close to it for over a year and only went there these 2 times. I got an Acai bowl both times, made the same way (without Strawberries because I am allergic). Well, the first time the bowl was really good! The base was that interesting Acai color with some blueberries whipped into it. I could taste the slight tang of the Acai berry, the granola was yummy and the ingredients in bowl just sang a harmonious tune on my tongue! This wasn't (by a long shot) the best one I'd had in my life, but it was a solid Acai bowl. That first visit, I had also gotten their chicken salad sandwich to have for lunch later in the day. It was pretty good! I like the bread they use in the sandwich. The very next day (this is important to note) I ordered the Acai bowl the exact same way. I paid for it really fast and rushed to work as I was running late. Well when I sat down to devour my bowl, still thinking about the one from yesterday, I stopped short. Why was the base blue/purple and more liquidy than freeze smoothy consistency!? I took a spoonful - it's tasteless, like frozen blueberries! It's like there was absolutely no Acai in the base. This completely changes the way the bowl tastes! Granted not bad, but NOT an Acai bowl either. I was so miffed! read more

Last time I tried a smoothie and it was good. Enjoyed it a lot. This time I got a açaí bowl which is not made fresh. The açaí was a bit icy not smooth and strawberries were odd. They tasted like a boba drink strawberry, like taro or something. Didn't enjoy the strawberries at all but the rest was okay. I typically order the Açaí bowl through Uber Eats, but the handful of times that I've placed an order over the phone or stopped in the staff has been friendly. The Açaí bowl is what keeps me coming back. It's the closest to a bowl from Maui that you'll find anywhere in the area, and a LOT easier than making your own. I don't think a traditional Açaí bowl from the islands could truly be beat, but this definitely does it West TX justice. read more

Great place!! BAD SERVICE!!! We usually get a big order once a week that is in our breakfast rotation. I look forward to the great bowls but don't look forward to going in. The lady that usually works mornings is always rude and has a bad attitude and puts us off on going there. If the bowls weren't great we would prob stop going. 11/2/19 I just stepped out of this place. The look of surprise on the lady's face made me give this a 4star. I've had Açaí bowls in Hawaii etc so I'll give another review after trying it. The atmosphere in there is soothing. My one suggestion greet everyone with the same energy. However what I experienced a minute ago trumps my first experience. I'm giving them a high rating because something nutritious needs to be in this area besides Living 360 (which is in Midland). I had a coupon for a free smoothie so I thought I would check it out . They didn't have many choices for non-dairy, I opted out of Greek yogurt . My smoothie had chunks of greens that I kept having to chew and the almond butter was settled on the bottom . I finished it because the taste wasn't bad just the experience of the smoothie wasn't pleasant . I realize I got it for free but I'm happy I did because I would have been upset if I had paid for it . Messed up order, second try sloppy! I order an Acai bowl without coconut. Although the first bowl, or rather to-go cup (they assumed I wanted it to-go), contained coconut, it looked good. As for the correct order, why was there a 3 inch layer of granola at the bottom of the cup?, destined to get soggy? this place was such a vegan oasis! my mom and I were traveling from midland airport to Big Bend natl park, and needed healthy abstinence asap! got the pitaya bowl and on toast, with ginger kombucha to drink and all were excellent!
