The staff, who used to be friendly and helpful, now seem overwhelmed and less attentive to customer needs. Additionally, we have encountered frequent issues with prescription accuracy and delays, which is concerning for a pharmacy. It's disheartening to see a place I once trusted go downhill. We moved our account to another pharmacy further away from our home but so far it has been 100% worth it!

Not once have I ever raised my voice, I do not behave in that manner, then the staff member tells me she wrote bad notes in her computer about me, she sided with the Father about how he views me as a parent to my sweet child, she also twisted around stating I said I dont want to speak to you you you, when I specifically said I didn't want to speak to her and wanted to speak to higher authority, but then I told myself I'm stronger than this and I tried to talk to her, she accused me of turning things into an arguement when that is not true, my family and friends know I am very pleasant and easy to get along with. Just because I didn't answer what she and my ex wanted that evening doesn't mean I'm an hysterical person, she was a leak and helped my child's Father to attack my reputation. Stay out of Dorado and watch who is around you. Sylvia also stated to me that she was very disappointed in me, she specifically told me she has had to deal with many cases with parents like this before and he is within every right to get what he needs and she showed him my receipt without my knowledge until after the fact which I have all documented as well.

This was the best decision I have ever made! I have talked to several people who work there and all of them are happy, friendly and super helpful! Also, they will deliver your meds to you if you can't make it in to get them and you can do everything over the phone so all you have to do is open your door. And they will deliver them to wherever you happen to be at the time! They told me they take most insurances and if they don't take it yet they probably will. They also have a website and app with a pharmacist available for you to text/chat with if you need to ask a question about anything. It is amazing! I highly recommend them!

They went as far as getting my prescriptions transferred from Houston for me instead of me doing the duty at no fret. Unfortunately at this time the pharmacies in Houston were closed down so I had to return the next day and here I am, same lady as well as the others in their pretty much positive if not upbeat attitude. I tried to understand why were there so many bad reviews for this store and walking through it the second time you could feel the unhappiness with the employees as far as disagreeing about maybe scheduling or whatever was going on but the atmosphere was transferred pretty much there as I walked from front to back two days in a row. Maybe I caught them on a bad week. I'll always continue to get my medicine here which I'm glad I did, maybe even catch the Associates in a good demeanor. Maybe management is pushing them too hard, I know what it's like back there I have a friend that works for Walgreens.
