However, we went to the LOFT in Midland and their sanitizing protocols are above and beyond expected. They offer brand new surgical masks and alcohol hand sanitizer at the door. I personally observed the cleaning of the changing room in between customers. They even go so far as to put the clothing items that I touched in a "quarantine" period for 24 hours, prior to adding the product back on the racks. This forethought is impressive. We will be back! They had sale signs everywhere and then when I asked if a shirt was apart of the sale they stated " the sale doesn't start until tomorrow ". I will never go back to this location and will go to other locations in other towns. I have never had this problem in other towns where Loft is located. One of the ladies was having trouble getting a shirt off the rack and asked "why are these hung backwards"? The clerk responded " they are supposed to be like a question mark". They didn't offer to help her take it off the rack for her and I noticed none of the other clothes were hung like a " question mark"in other parts of the store. I loved it! She was super nice and made me feel comfortable, felt like I had knew her for years. I got a haircut and a balayage and she didn't disappoint! Southern luxe is just a really clean and organized saloon. Can't wait to go back!
