Julianna was absolutely the rudest of all that took over . The customer service by her was so rude. My Husband bought a hat today and wanted to order over $700 worth of stuff. Julianna said in a rude way "we can't make orders" when we have been there before and made orders . Clearly she just didn't want to write out the order on the order paper. She over all just had a crappy attitude the whole time . WORSE customer service I have ever experienced . Such a disappointment.

Well I have to start off with that it's a great place to get kids clothing. I had gone with my…read moregirlfriend to one before. Not this one. It was at the Santee casino outlet. But this one was just like it. Everything 40% off . I came looking for something for a 3 year old boy. Yes sucking up to the old boss. It happens. I came here due to the great stuff I had seen before at another Carter's when shopping for Julie's 1 year old niece. And this Carter's didn't disappoint. Full of stuff for all ages. I even caught myself looking at stuff for Julie's niece. Lot of simple clothing and dress up stuff. The ladies were very helpful. I told them why I was there and they laughed. But they started showing me bunch of different outfits. They were making it easy until my ADD started kicking in. I chose a fall outfit as one of the ladies called it. She told me she had bought it for her grandchild. She was very proud. She expressed how much of a hit it was. I had to get it. I had seen this place before. It's by Chipotle. The only bad problem I had was checking in. It was put in with correct address. But on the yelp map it has it 5 miles away. Being a serious yelper now (Due to Julie). I decided to go to the place it was marking. 5 miles away to nowhere. It's an empty field. I got there and tried to check in. But couldn't still. I had checked in to get sushi and at another kid store right next door to Carter's . That it said I had to wait. So I did. For 15 mins. Before leaving without a check in. So long story now short. If you need directions to Carter's , yelp Chipotle for quick and easy instructions. I hope fix it. Could be losing business .

However, we went to the LOFT in Midland and their sanitizing protocols are above and beyond expected. They offer brand new surgical masks and alcohol hand sanitizer at the door. I personally observed the cleaning of the changing room in between customers. They even go so far as to put the clothing items that I touched in a "quarantine" period for 24 hours, prior to adding the product back on the racks. This forethought is impressive. We will be back! I felt very safe bringing my at risk mother to this store. Also, the sales were incredible! Marcy Ask

I was trying to look at some pants where they were working and putting together a display it seemed, they didn't offer to move. They had sale signs everywhere and then when I asked if a shirt was apart of the sale they stated " the sale doesn't start until tomorrow ". This was my second time in this location and the second time no one greeted or asked if they could help me. I know other locations are not like this one. I will never go back to this location and will go to other locations in other towns. I have never had this problem in other towns where Loft is located. I was not the only customer that felt this way. Two ladies stopped me after leaving and stated that they were disappointed in how the staff treated customers. One of the ladies was having trouble getting a shirt off the rack and asked "why are these hung backwards"? The clerk responded " they are supposed to be like a question mark". They didn't offer to help her take it off the rack for her and I noticed none of the other clothes were hung like a " question mark"in other parts of the store. When you walk into this location do not expect to feel welcome.
