She was very attentive and provided conversation, alleviating the usual awkward silence I get from hair shops I've visited for the first time. Cuts for males are also affordable and well worth it. Very straightforward process and a nice family-like place to go to. The stylists banter back and forth with their clientele and it is great.

She asked me to sign in and then immediately sat me in her chair. Less than fifteen minutes later I walked out with the fastest and easiest haircut I have ever had. I always get a fade or crew cut, something that really shouldn't take that long and with her it didn't. It was great to leave a salon without spending an hour there for something simple. I would definitely recommend you check it out.

Jessica is a waste of your time and money…read more She said a cut and color was 220$. I am from out of town, I am used to paying 120-150$ I was quoted 45$ for a haircut....she charged me 66.95$. When asked for price difference she said it was for " styling ". Seriously Jessica, you took a blow drier and a brush, and you used the curling iron on two pieces of hair. You didn't even used any hair products on my hair after you left the conditioner on for a minute. You didn't style it... I had to go home and finish the job. It's very uncomfortable to argue about the price after she is finished and she knows it. The work is sub standard, my hair is still wet in the back. She didn't bother to let the conditioner on long enough to soak in.. forget about put on heat protection or hairspray. It's work you would expect from a walk-in generic 25$ hair cut shop. Disappointed and over charged.

Very sad and disappointed with my experience here. I booked with Brianda Cruz, had a hair…read moreconsultation first and left feeling confident and excited for my appointment. I asked for a copper color, I wasn't picky on what shade range because I trusted the stylist's judgement on what would be best for my hair. I noticed how light my roots were compared to the rest of my hair before she added the color. I kind of freaked out but I trusted her and her knowledge, I didn't want to question it until I saw the final result. She told me the bottom had lifted to where she needed it to be, and after it was styled I noticed immediately how light my roots were. I mentioned it to her and she told me it was the "lighting" in her room. She took me to another mirror since the salon was basically empty and explained to me that it was even. I listened to her, payed and left a tip, so my total service cost was $250. I have not been able to post pictures of myself because of how everybody around me has told me how uneven it is, it's made me lose my confidence. :( I am bright orange at the top and way darker at the bottom. The hair above my left ear is YELLOW and had no color applied to it. I part my hair any which way and I can see yellow/bright orange spots where she left my hair patchy. I am extremely disappointed because all I needed was honest communication from her. I am a very forgiving person and would've just appreciated a response. I will be telling friends and family of my experience so this does not happen to them. NOTE that I told her in person about my hair, and later texted her direct number where I have communicated with her through before and I have been completely ignored even though I see her post on her pages since my appointment. I sent her pictures and explained my issues and NO ANSWER. I have a lot of respect for hair stylists because it takes a lot of skill to be trusted with someone's hair, and I NEVER would've thought I would be ignored instead of honest accountability and open communication.
