Im a newbie and she made my entire experience from start to finish so easy and as comfortable as I could possibly be with getting a Brazilian wax! Disappointed in the haircut over all. I asked Stephanie how many years of experience she had and…read moreshe said over 30 years, so I was impressed and felt like she was going to give me what I wanted. NOT! I asked her for a wolf cut and if she could do it and she said yes! All she did was trim my layers that were already there. The styling after was the worse. She left me looking worse than what I looked like before. My hair was stiff and puffy. Did not use a round brush to blow dry and kept trying to go over it with a flat iron to smooth it out but it wasn't working and my hair started to smell like it was burning. I told her to stop. She clearly didn't know what she was doing. I'm mad that she still charged me and didn't try and make it right. I paid her with a tip and just left out of there so fast. She could of just said she didn't know how to cut wolf cuts and that she didn't know how to style it. The salon is also very tacky and super out dated including old styling tools. Will not reccomend at all. Go somewhere else.

Desperately needed to get my nails done and stumbled onto this salon. Was greeted immediately and…read moresat promptly at station 11. Came in for a dip powder manicure. The salon appeared clean and tidy. I'm not usually a fan of salons that make me soak my nails in warm acetone. It's just so harsh on my skin, so I was a little skeptical. I prefer the soaked cotton balls and foil method. It was still better than the peeling off method I've seen- yikes! I saw on reviews they have drinks available, like water, sodas and margaritas. I wasn't offered one. Maybe you're suppose to ask? Once it got down to it, my tech was very meticulous and really gentle with my nails. No flicking, tugging or pulling my fingers. She was very cautious with the electric drill and didn't cut me! (Big plus!) She listened to what I wanted and I'm happy with the shape and color. Afterwards, she gave me a brief massage. There is a 3% charge for debit and credit payments. May want to grab cash before going to save some money. My dip mani cost $45. Would say it's reasonable, especially for such a job well done.
