I sat for about an hour with her pushing quite hard on my eyes trying to get the lash lift pad to stick (for roughly 15 minutes per eye). At one point she got perm solution in one of my eyes but I was worried to mention it because I felt that it would have been worst had she tried to fix it since she had no idea what was going on. It's quite negligent to have someone not fully trained working with peoples eyes. I left with my lashes FULL of glue and my eyelids stuck open from glue. The best part? Absolutely no change in the curl of my lashes (picture attached) I guess you get what you pay for! Save your money, and pay the little extra at a real spa!!!!!

I have always felt totally comfortable in Tiffany Nails. The store is immaculate and all the staff are kind and good at what they do. The store is beautiful and well stocked. My nails last a long time. They always are so gracious to kids. And to be honest my skin and nails are kind of fragile and thin so I can see it happening if you go too far with the cuticle push/clipping(sorry for the wrong nail jargon as my knowledge with nail stuff is quite limited). I give them 5 stars because I really enjoy going there to get my nails done. Mint's location is far from where I live ( the SE), but I will take time out of my day to drive there because their service is superb. In addition to their awesome service the atmosphere in mint is modern, clean, and friendly. So I definitely recommend Mint for a relaxing nail spa day! :)

However, in less than 48 hours I contacted her, sent her pictures and had the lashes removed the next day. My eyes were swollen to the point where I could barely keep them open. Although she has a no refund policy on her website, I asked for a partial refund given the severe nature of what occurred and was flatly denied. Most home-based business that want to succeed do so based on word of mouth and referrals and the best thing that can be done is to consider cases as severe as mine and deviate from your policy in order to achieve complete customer satisfaction. I was not asking for a full refund, but I did feel that a partial refund would be fair, however, the owner elected to not be fair given the situation and chose to keep her profit rather than having a happy customer, even though the product/service didn't work out. I wouldn't recommend utilizing this business and to look at one's that offer this service with a better customer service approach.
