It was extremely quick and easy to book an appointment, straight from their website. Jenny gave me an excellent cut, and she was warm and welcoming. Such an easy person to converse with. I loved my experience here and I found the staff that I encountered to be very nice. I am happy to report that the studio and Jenny met all of my criteria. I highly recommend! Lindsey was professional and did a good job but when I was hit with the bill I was not pleased. The website said "85 & up" for a balayage but my ticket said $250. I should have asked prior to making the appointment but I didn't assuming the website would be accurate especially with my short hair. I asked for a balayage originally and got an ombré with foils (what Lindsey said she was doing verbatim) hence the confusion at the end. I have warm-ish roots and she suggested a silvery toner for the ends. It sounded okay at the time but now looking at it, it's not what I truly wanted and I'm not as into it as I originally thought I was. Also, I don't recommend the "deep conditioning treatment" for $10. It's just some spray that sits on for a couple minutes. Lindsey and another girl are moving to Lake St so if you go there to see them, make sure to bring photos and be detailed on what you want. Overall: bummed. I never get what I truly want.
