I've had many color treatments and balayages in the past and this has never happened to me before, so I'm very concerned. I love my hair, but the skin damage makes this a really tough experience. Edit: I am updating my rating from 2 to 3 stars to express my appreciation for the salon's prompt communication and offer of a refund. To keep my review honest and transparent, I do want to note that the physical reaction I experienced was a clear chemical burn, with localized areas feeling burning and oozing. This might have been an oversight during the process--such as product being left on a bit too long or not rinsed out thoroughly. The stylists here are undeniably talented, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time during the appointment itself. While the physical reaction was unfortunate, their effort to communicate with me is appreciated.
