Terrible people who took full advantage of campfire survivors right after the fire. We trusted in…read morethem because they came with so many raves. Went in for preventative care and ended up with a broken car that they would not take responsibility for. kept the car for weeks and used an additive that messed up the car. upon speaking to them for a solution, they stated we needed a new motor. Quoting full price! They knew we had a rental car and just parked our car in the bay and did nothing but continue to add an additive-he charged us for each him- that ruined the car to begin with. Had to spend several thousand to fix it. They never apologize, never took accountability and we took 2 cars to them at the same time. The second one they claim to have fixed. They did not! Sold us a worthless warranty and again took no responsibility. It is as if they heard we were campfire survivors and saw money signs. They're terrible people and anyone taking a vehicle to them is risking their entire vehicle becoming a problem. Come to find out, any vehicle with high miles should not use an additive that breaks down the crud. It apparently uncovers a ton of issues you wouldn't have had if you left it alone. You would think a claimed certified mechanic would know this. Smh save your money and go elsewhere. Stay far away from these thieves!

I got quotes from Les Schwab and Midas for over $500 which seemed WAY TOO HIGH so I asked my mom who she has do her brakes and she gave me Terry's number. Terry is a mobile brake guy- you don't have to deal with the lecture about your radiator and the air filter and new windshield wiper blades and all of the add-ons that 90% of the time are completely unnecessary. He is honest and upfront about the condition of your brakes and the rotors etc. etc. and when he is done he gives you a fair price. I paid $262 for new brake pads and rotors- he came out to my house on a Sunday and had the job done within an hour... no figuring out a when you can leave your car and getting someone to follow you to the shop and the drop you at work then having to leave work early to have someone pick you up so you can rush to the shop before they close at 5... no creeper mechanics casing you out to see how gullible you are so they can increase their add on sales. It is rare that you can find someone who does quality affordable work AND makes it convenient... when I learn about a business/individual that is great at what they do I make sure to tell people about it- I have his business cards in my wallet just in case a friend is in need of an awesome brake guy!
