We were only planning to grab a quick lunch/dinner and get back on the road, so we didn't explore the property or dive into its history on this visit, but it's clearly a place worth spending more time at in the future. For our meal, my wife ordered a salad, I ordered a pizza, and we shared a side of Cajun tots with their housemade Ranch. Everything was enjoyable and hit the spot for a casual, satisfying stop. A few things we've noticed over the years from our experiences with McMenamins: Many of their establishments introduce you to pieces of history you never really knew existed.
