I purchased a car from this dealership in May 2025, and I have had nonstop issues ever since. Just…read moreone week after purchase, the check engine light came on. I had to bring the car back 6-7 times before it was even somewhat fixed. Not long after, the car broke down on the highway and had to be towed to their shop. I was without a vehicle for over a week. When I finally got it back, the very next day the car was hesitating to start and warning lights were coming on again. I returned it once more, and they said they replaced a hose. Two weeks later -- the check engine light came on again. When I told Carla that I would not continue making payments until the car was properly fixed, she became upset instead of trying to help. I asked if we could work something out to get me into a different vehicle, and I was told, "This would happen to any of the cars on our lot." That response alone says everything. Today I went to the dealership just to retrieve some personal belongings from my car and saw "REPO" written on the side. This was shocking, as I personally drove the car there, it was never repossessed, and I was never notified of anything related to a repo. When I started having problems with the car I was told "this never happened," This dealership has been dishonest, unprofessional, and dismissive throughout this entire ordeal. I strongly encourage anyone considering buying a car here to think twice.Save yourself the stress, money, and safety risk, I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone

She is the reason I will continue bringing my car back to this dealership--otherwise, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Margery provided stellar customer service with consistent communication, genuine attentiveness, and sincere care. She made me feel heard, seen, and valued. I wasn't just another customer with a car; I was treated as a personal client with a personalized experience. This was, without question, the best customer service I've ever received.

I went in asking for all weather mats and spent $400 plus tax on the items. I was told "they come as a whole package". When I got home I was very surprised to find that I got all the floor mats but there was nothing for the trunk. When I called the parts department thinking this must be a mistake, the man working there was no help and didn't apologize for the miscommunication (which honestly, wound have gone a long way). Instead he sat without saying a word. I thanked him for his "help" and hung up letting him know that I'd review our interaction on a forum- so here you have it. My call was initially to get info on the product (i thought) i bought and I was left wondering what the heck I had done to this man that seemed to hate his job? All I can say is I will be buying generic whenever possible from here on out.

Can't say anything about Romeo Ahmad. I'm blown away with this guys service. I have been looking at…read morecars for past couple of weeks and am ready to buy a vehicle this week. Wow ! So impressed and he is truly so humble. No words... Go see him- You'd be glad you did. He is a Sales Manager and what I can't seem to understand is how is not like other sales folks in the industry. Won't push you, won't manipulate you but will help and will agree witt you if you point out something wrong. Truly impressed and thank you. Ever since Jesus changed my life, when I see compassion and kindness- I call it out. May one day you can turn to Jesus ! Maybe one day this comment would come alive. *****Out of state buyers beware******** I really do not know…read morewhere to start here but lets start with I purchased a Cadillac CTS V and took position of the vehicle on 7/14/26. Lets start with the issues from this date 1st test drive with the car straight off transporter the transmission was shifting very harsh and was Shuddering throughout the whole test drive. I was scared to shit that I was sold a car with a bad transmission. 2nd issue during the drive was car felt very wobbly in the back and as soon as I hit any uneven road car felt like it wanted to loose control. 3rd issue with the car was the radio. The radio plays for 2 to 3 minutes at a time and the whole system reboots or freezes. 4th issue with the car was coolant was empty on both tanks. Oil change was not done and car was at 75% oil life when it reached me. These are the main issues and I will not go into the amount of body and interior damage that was not told to me upfront after asking multiple times to please let me know every and any imperfections so I can know up front and decide if this is the car for me as this is a speciality car and should be in the best condition possible especially at the price I paid. I have spoken with Jb at the dealer immediately following all this but of course it was pushed over to the sales Manager and from the sales manager I was pushed to service manager who never reached out to figure out my issues. My brand new car has been at a certified Cadillac repair shop since the 1st week I received the car and have yet to get it back. Here is what I know so far The dealer did Zero service to the car and was not looked over at all. I looked over the original photos of the car for sale and from the photos of the hood open you can see that there was no coolant in the tanks. The car had old oil and a old oil filter which means a oil change was not done. Everyone knows if these 2 things were not done and looked over what makes you think they did anything else. The vehicle was also put on a lift and to my surprise the Right rear control arm was bent , the 2 rear tires were mount backwards as the outside was blatantly says INSIDE and they mounted it outside. Car was completely out of alignment as well. I have alignment spec sheets to provide for proof. The transmission on this car had a tsb which the dealer advised they knew about it and should be done but as you can see they did not. I had the service done and GUESS what it is better but did not fix the problem 100% and now I have to put a torque converter on a car I have yet to put 200 miles. The radio needed a brand new radio module called a HMI that needed to be programmed to the car. Long story short this dealer got me pretty good and held the lube while they were at it. I have not heard from them in a few weeks and not one person has reached out to see how is it going and if I got my car back. Any honest and respectful dealer would have made right by this already and checked in with me. My hopes is that this dealer makes right by me and if that is the case I will be more then happy to adjust my review. If not I will be unfortunately taking legal action. I have provided to the dealer proof of all and if anybody else needs proof please just reach out to me and I will provide. I have 100% proof of everything stated here

I financed a 2018 Honda CR-V Touring from this dealership in April 2026, and I am extremely…read moredisappointed with the situation I am currently dealing with. In July 2026, only a few months after financing the vehicle, I began experiencing significant issues. Multiple warning lights appeared, the vehicle had difficulty starting, and I experienced problems with acceleration while driving. On multiple occasions, I had to pull over and restart the vehicle before I could continue driving normally. This was particularly concerning because some of these issues occurred while I was driving in traffic. The symptoms eventually stopped occurring, so I did not have the vehicle inspected at that time. However, on September 30, 2026, the issue returned and has now progressed to the vehicle cranking but not starting at all, with the warning lights appearing again. I have documented the issues and have also filed a complaint with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) because of the safety concerns involved. I have contacted the representative, Mr. Jeff Baez, who originally sold me the vehicle to make them aware of the situation and to ask what assistance may be available. At this point, I am waiting to see how the dealership responds. I understand that mechanical issues can happen with vehicles, but given that I financed this vehicle less than six months ago and began experiencing significant problems only a few months into ownership, I believe the way the dealership handles this situation is extremely important. I will update this review based on the dealership's response and the outcome of the situation.
