A very impressed with the selection he has he probably has at least 25 cars on his lot and they're all good quality cars at a great price. Well I drove the truck and I fell in love with it between me and him we worked on a price . One of the big things are very much impressed me is he still behind his word on a couple things he said he was going to do after I bought the truck. About it took it home drove it for about a week and brought it back to him for him to do a couple things to it. So for that he's a man of his word and I'm very much honor somebody like that. There is also a car lot across the street and there is also one to the left of him but if you read the reviews they do not have a great selection like he has or great customer service.

I have had zero problems since I began renting and they have gone above and beyond for me every time there was an issue. Not to be rude, but I think the negative reviews are generally due to customers not reading the policies correctly, maybe not being truthful about damages, and/or poorly communicating with staff. They have been amazing to/for me and have earned my business forever to be honest. I can't say enough good things about the service, plus the prices of the rentals beat out the other rental companies around. I also want to mention that I've rented from Hertz and Enterprise many times and I know that the credit card/credit check or a very large deposit for debit can be inconvenient. Nextcar does allow Debit Cards for payment, as well as a CDW for a reasonable cost if you don't have rental insurance. But never have I felt like the staff didn't know what they were doing or didn't care and they treat you like an actual person instead of just being "White Chevy Spark due Wednesday". We took the van from Cincinnati up to the Indiana Dunes State and National Parks. We had three adults and a dog and the space was ample for all of us. There is room for 4 adults to ride with seatbelts. The bed was roomy and comfortable enough for all of us. The van has heat and air conditioning while driving, but when parked, it is not equipped for temperature control. This requires you to be a bit strategic about where and when you travel. We were very comfortable in northern Indiana in late June with temps in the 80s during the day and dropping into the 60s at night, but imagine this could be very uncomfortable with warmer temperatures. The van is equipped with a camp stove that we used to make pasta and boil water for coffee. There are also dishes and a sink with running water. If you are not into tent camping, but want something a bit more adventurous than a hotel, the van life might be perfect for you!

My general preference is for the cost effectiveness of automated washing with hand dry for that personal touch. Howdy delivers both. Howdy has a variety of prices accommodating practically any type of wash. Interior or not. Exterior with or without hand dry. They even offer some custom detail stuff. A basic full wash with interior vacuum and exterior hand dry runs you around $15. In my experience, this seems like a pretty good value. You are usually in and out within 15 to 25 minutes depending on how busy they are. Cash or credit is accepted and they often give you coupons for your next visit. One of the best things about Howdy is that is it actually owned by a couple of police (or ex... I forget) officers who purchased Howdy as a place to employ ex-cons to give them a chance to get back on their feet. The gentlemen who I have interacted with have been nothing but friendly and appreciative of my patronage and work hard to deliver a quality service and experience. In the era of the crappy drive-through, gas station car wash, Howdy is a nice throwback that provides a human service touch with a speedy result. It's not the cheapest in town, but it is always a good wash with an inspired mission of helping those who need a second chance.

We have never had issues with other U-Haul locations. Corporate office was great; location and regional manager was not.
