Across from me against the back wall is the long Mike Albert Rental service counter. It is a sufficient distance from where I'm sitting to provide privacy for the customers. Outside you can clearly see their sign as you turn off the street and drive past the Kia sales building. Inside they share an area offering free coffee, a small cooler of bottled water and a popcorn machine. If waiting the nearby chairs are comfortable. The associates are friendly and professionally dressed. From my chair I was able to observe several customers as they set up getting a rental car. There's a 2 person staff and except for one of the customers the transaction was done in less than 5 minutes. Outside in the parking lot there are plenty of cars just waiting for someone to rent them. With a carwash onsite you can expect that the vehicles will be clean when you drive off the lot in them. I have had zero problems since I began renting and they have gone above and beyond for me every time there was an issue. Not to be rude, but I think the negative reviews are generally due to customers not reading the policies correctly, maybe not being truthful about damages, and/or poorly communicating with staff. They have been amazing to/for me and have earned my business forever to be honest. I can't say enough good things about the service, plus the prices of the rentals beat out the other rental companies around. I also want to mention that I've rented from Hertz and Enterprise many times and I know that the credit card/credit check or a very large deposit for debit can be inconvenient. Nextcar does allow Debit Cards for payment, as well as a CDW for a reasonable cost if you don't have rental insurance. But never have I felt like the staff didn't know what they were doing or didn't care and they treat you like an actual person instead of just being "White Chevy Spark due Wednesday". Please consider giving them your business, I think it's 100% worth it. Thank you to Yana, Gloria, Joy, and Brianna for being great!! We rented a 12 passenger van a month in advance and prepaid for the rental. We were set to pick up…read morethe van on Saturday 6/23 at the Loveland, Ohio location. On the way to pick up an agent from Loveland called to inform us that the airport never sent them a van and then gave us customer services number so that WE could call and figure something out. Personally, I feel like the agent at the store should have figured something out instead of putting it all on us. We called CS and started to explain our issue and the call disconnected. We called again, the agent told us that Montgomery had a van we could pick up. We decided to call Montgomery before driving and she informed us that she did not have a van and the call ended. We tried to reach customer service again and again the call disconnected while we were explaining the issue. While my husband was on the phone with customer service I received a call from Montgomery stating that Eastgate has a van that we could pick up and we could head that way now. Upon arrival they tried to tell us that the van would cost $200 more than we had already paid due to tax differences at the different locations. We refused to pay anymore than we had already paid since this was not an issue that we caused and we were inconvenienced by the whole thing. In the end we got the van we needed but the headache of the whole thing was not worth when they had a months notice that the van was needed. I do want to give kudos to the woman at the Montgomery location who actually helped to solve the issue even though she was not involved at all.

Gave the guy my name and he said, " i don't have a car for you." I asked why I wasn't notified, he shrugged his shoulders. Didn't even try to make an excuse, didn't try to make it better. I asked if any of the other facilities had a vehicle. He shrugged his shoulders and said,"if doubt it" then had the audacity to say, " if someone drops off a car by midnight you can come down and get it in the morning, but thats on you."
