Both times they were from BMC and both times I was very pleased with the service. The cars were well taken care of very tempting to buy, as they allow you to purchase the car if you wish. Some people have concerns with buying rental fleet cars, but both Focus' I had as rentals were worth thinking about, had I not recently purchased my own Focus. They road well, had no issues, and we're clean. If I had to rent a car for any reason, other than being provided with one, I would come back. I highly recommend this company.

The workers at this location are extremely nice, but let me tell you, they are busy! I had to get…read moremy car towed here for an emergency, and it took days for them to even look at it, despite being given an estimated 1-2 day wait. When I finally got my car back, there was somehow a brand-new issue with it, so I had to immediately take it back. My speedometer wasn't working, and I'm not sure what happened or how that was missed, especially after a bill that was thousands of dollars. That experience was balanced out, though, because they were able to finally fix a years-old problem with my brakes that no other repair shop could figure out. I had spent so much time and money trying to get it fixed, and the people here solved it in one visit! I also got a full set of new tires here, and they offer a free service where they'll rotate your tires every six months, which helps extend the life of your tires. Basically, expect a long wait because they are very busy, but they generally take good care of your car. The people here are experienced and clearly know what they're doing.

We took the van from Cincinnati up to the Indiana Dunes State and National Parks. We had three adults and a dog and the space was ample for all of us. There is room for 4 adults to ride with seatbelts. The bed was roomy and comfortable enough for all of us. The van has heat and air conditioning while driving, but when parked, it is not equipped for temperature control. This requires you to be a bit strategic about where and when you travel. We were very comfortable in northern Indiana in late June with temps in the 80s during the day and dropping into the 60s at night, but imagine this could be very uncomfortable with warmer temperatures. The van is equipped with a camp stove that we used to make pasta and boil water for coffee. There are also dishes and a sink with running water. If you are not into tent camping, but want something a bit more adventurous than a hotel, the van life might be perfect for you!

The waiting area is beautifully decorated and calming. The guys were easy to talk to and put everyone at ease. Collin Drive is out to the Robinson on a golf cart and reviewed the safety procedures, then took pictures of us that he later sent us. We took the park tour and it was amazing. Since it was my boyfriends first time he sat up front with the pilot. Tony pointed out all the amazing lAndmarks and gave us a lot of history. BF said he never even thought to be nervous which is amazing (we rode in a no-plane once, different story lol) We stayed in Cincinnati and later saw the helicopter giving other tours so that was pretty cool too! They did a great job of keeping us comfortable while we waited though, even allowed us into the hangar where they keep the planes to take a peek at the awesomeness they had! I found more storage that was easier for me ( I'm 5'1) with the camper, but the cabin was really cool! One of the best features of the campgrounds was the staff. All except for 1 person, I would rate them a 10/10! I camped with my bestie over the weekend and my kids mentioned the lady with the attitude at the front to my friend. She knew exactly who we were referencing. BUT besides the one person, EVERYONE was amazing, maintainance had us laughing after we got locked out of our cabins, Everyone else at the front desk were kind and helpful. The manager at the restaurant was loving her job, and also helpful!! This time I learned to ask to find out when different events took place, once I got help with that, we had tricker treaters, cabin decorations, and knew when different activities were. The Boo and Brew was fun! Kings island transportation was seamless!! There is a lot to do, and it's a nice get away for a budget friendly family! Tuesday, bar open, no one around to serve though. Staff is super friendly when you interact with them but just know the perks like poolside bar, adults only pool and poolside service are spotty and you will NOT be enjoying an adults only pool. Shuttle is super clean, on time, great perk for visiting Kings Island. Overall, we booked for certain advertised perks that we didn't get so we would not return at $150 a night.

Private showers with a toilet and sink. The one connected to the office is semi private. We tent camped and were on site T2. Very spacious and grass pads. So no matter the size of your tent it will fit nicely. Ours is in the photos. 13 ft in diameter. The pool, playground, jump pad etc were all in great shape and well maintained. The camp store had all the things you made want/need. Text the office and they'll deliver to your campsite even if you buy firewood. Lots of hardwood trees for shade. No raccoons or critters at night messing with your things. Quiet and peaceful environment and lots of squirrels and birds to see/watch. 40 minutes to downtown Cincinnati. Casino less than 10 miles away for those who like to gamble, premium outlet mall close by as well. Definitely will be back! The only thing I could suggest is swings for bigger kids & adults.
