He was very nice and we had good conversation for our ride. I also booked him for pickup at the airport on my return flight which had a delayed arrival time by 45 minutes . Mike kept a watch on my flight and he knew about the delay, this is a service that using an Uber or Lyft does not provide to my knowledge. His van was clean and roomy as well and he drove safely. I highly recommend using Mike for reliable transportation and I even added his company and name into my contacts for any future airport transportation use I may have .

I was absolutely blown away at the poor attitude and service of Max (who said he was the manager)!…read moreI called from our company where I am a manager to report one of their drivers who was speeding excessively in our community. I explained we have a posted 10 mph speed limit throughout, as well as children and pets present, and his driving was unsafe. I was simply calling to request that the management speak to the driver to request they be more aware of their surroundings, and drive more safely. I had even taken a picture of the car with the plate number so he could look up who it was in the taxi log. Max's response to me? "Ma'am, we have 10 drivers, so there's no way I could know who he is. I'm sure he wasn't driving too fast. I really don't care about your picture or what you think happened." This is UNACCEPTABLE customer service, especially when the safety of others is at risk. I was very kind and respectful in my request, and when I mentioned reporting to the authorities and BBB, he simply told me to "go ahead". Surely you people aren't that low.

No vehicle ever showed up. I received no driver information. I called three times and left messages, but at that point, it was outside company hours. I had to have one of my wedding guests COME BACK to take me and my new spouse home. I'm really, really curious to see how they intend to make up leaving my stranded on my wedding night.

Last evening, after storms on the east coast led to many flight cancellations and delays, my flight was delayed several hours and destination switched from Cincinnati to Dayton. I had an important family event this morning, so when it became clear I might make it in but likely after car rentals would close, I made several calls and found that other driving companies were not able to help get me from DAY to my hometown an hour away -- but Crown quickly went out of their way to help me, arranged an excellent driver, graciously waited much extra time for my flight arrival, and got me where I need to be for an important day. I thank them, and if you need driving or coach service in the TriState, these gentlemen are excellent at what they do. Very impressive in all aspects. I believe you will enjoy using them with great confidence.
