When I called this number, they were an hour away, but they came and picked me up because they knew how desperate I was. I didn't have cash on me, so I paid them ahead of time with Zelle. We have been using Welooti Taxi for several months now. We found them quite by accident. He gave us his business card after we complimented him on the great service (and tipped him, too). Since the driver lives close to us, he said he was able to get to us much quicker if we call him directly. After that, we never called the other taxi cab service directly again, because they had been jerking us around about pickup times, and leaving us waiting for hours even after we scheduled an appointment for a trip. After many trips of courteous, punctual, and overall-excellent service from our "private driver" (Welooti's owner); he mentioned that he wanted to start a web site for his own client base, because the taxi cab company he was contracted with wasn't keeping him busy enough. (And that's weird, since sometimes that other service won't even answer their phone.) Well, this was a match made in heaven, because web sites and social networking management is what WE DO. So the owner of Welooti Taxi, Mr. Sow, contracted us to build his business web site and Facebook business page. We couldn't be happier to help, because this is THE ONLY taxi cab service we will ever use in Cincinnati. After using many, Welooti Taxi is the only one that ever gave us consistently excellent service each and every time we called. And just so you know, Mr. Sow does have other excellent drivers committed to taking fares he cannot manage to take himself. And since he knows there's a terrible service problem with almost all of the other taxi companies in the city, he and his drivers are dedicated to giving you what you can't get from them....consistent excellent service every time you call. Most of them drive those nice comfy Ford Crown Victoria cabs, too, so it's great service in a comfortable ride! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this taxi service to all of our clients and friends as well.

Watch out! Elite Taxi is as crooked as they come…read more To set the scene, picture an 88-year-old woman who weighs 88lbs that cannot see well enough to type her own review of this hustler. My grandmother took a cab from a Cincinnati airpot to her apartment (a 10 minute drive or 4.2 miles, to be precise) and was given a bill of around $20.00, nothing out of the ordinary. Somehow "Chris", using his Square app, managed to end up charging her $125.00, which she only found out about the next day. As far as we can tell there are only two ways he could have done this. He either input the incorrect amount himself or my grandmother accidentally added a "custom tip" (which seems unlikely given her eyesight and understanding of apps) and he did not have the decency to correct such a gargantuan error. Shame on you for taking advantage of the elderly! Upon reporting this error to the company more than one member of the staff admitted they were at fault and told my father the difference would be credited back to her account. Several phone calls later and my grandmother has still not received the money. The credit card company has also declined reimbursing her for it as the taxi company apparently claimed (to American Express) my grandmother was at fault. The owner "Dave" was supposedly too sick to call my father back (a tactic used by evasive business owners and lazy high schoolers), and now perhaps intends to put off my grandmother until she gives up or forgets. What kind of company behaves this way? Who would employ a cab driver that intentionally rips-off old women? Oh wait, I'll tell you! Elite Taxi, your local, crooked, unfriendly cab company.
