Theis Motor Co. seems far more focused on image, branding, and protecting appearances than honesty or accountability. Even the carefully crafted "family legacy" marketing feels manufactured and performative. Everything is polished for public consumption, but when serious issues arise, the response appears to be denial, deflection, and attacking anyone who speaks up. Even the "Junior" image is fake. Michael isn't even truly a "Mike Theis Jr." because Mike Theis Sr. is not even his biological father. Yet they still market and present that image publicly because appearances and branding apparently matter more than authenticity or truth. A company can spend all day promoting a "family values" image, but authenticity matters more than slogans. Customers eventually notice when branding and reality don't line up. Stay away from them if you value integrity, honesty, and keeping our children safe.

Dan and his crew fixed the issue and the total including payimg the tow to them came to $800 and change. They were very supportive and even tried to get Hyundai to pay for it. Car was cleaned before we picked up and she drives like new. Then we needed the brakes in our van looked at and they fixed that promptly as well. Both times they gave us a loaner vehicle and none of the people could have been nicer.
