After doing my research on EAG I felt confident that the car is being sold from a very reputable car company. So I decided to contact EAG for additional information on the car. I sent an email and hoped to negotiate on the pricing. The car was about 10% higher than what I wanted to pay (compared to other similar listings on the internet). EAG was firm on their price and fully explained why. They are not just flipping cars. All of their cars are get a comprehensive inspection and get a full overhaul to bring the car back to new as possible. My car received about $8-$10k ***retail value*** worth of services and parts (Valve adjustment, oil pan gasket, belts, etc). All paperwork was done through email and FedEx. I was warned that the "rejuvenation" process can take several weeks before I can take delivery of the car. During this process, I received regular updates with pictures. When the car was ready. I booked my plane ticket (San Francisco to Cincinnati). The owner of the company pick me and my friend from the airport. We were treated to breakfast and a tour of EAG. We got an up close and personal tour of museum quality super rare cars (M1, Z1, M3 Lightweight, etc) After the tour, I finally pick up the keys to my dream car! The car was better than I imagined. The doors shut tight. No rattles. Everything felt solid. Everything functioned as it should (wipers, heated seats, AC, sunroof). I cannot believe that this was an 18 year old car. I chose not to ship the car back to California because I wanted to drive cross country to fully experience and bond with my *new* car. About 20 mins into our journey home, the tire monitoring warning and DSC lights came on. I immediately called EAG, and they told me to come back to the shop so they can look at the issue. They found a faulty sensor on one of the wheels and replaced it at no cost. We drove the car for over 2,400 miles, 36 hours behind the wheel, across 11 states, 4 time zones. The car was absolutely perfect and performed as designed. Once again, I cannot believe that this is an 18 year old car. EAG did a fantastic job and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Bottom line: You get what you pay for!

Him and I were going back and forth about this Avalon for days. I told him how I planned on getting it inspected by a third party. Everything was sounding good to go. Told me I needed someone above the age 25, valid license and insurance, so I can test drive. So I asked everyone. Finally got my grandmother to come out. Matt and I were texting and he was telling me that it no longer needs an inspection because it's been serviced already. I told him I still planned on getting it inspected, after I mentioned that? We were no longer aloud to get take the car ANYWHERE! "Per manager" said Matt adlesperger. And he also tries to pressure me to make quick moves. Mentioned How he has another potential buyer in Chicago who's ready to sign today. Why not just go with them instead of use it as a bs tactic with me? In the picture I'll post below. Matt says that "we've played this game before" yea we did, you guys tried pressuring me into a bs deal on a piece of junk in the past. And I couldn't get this vehicle inspected as well. They wanted me to purchase the vehicle before it had even been through their service! Then threw it in my face like they weren't the ones in the wrong... This place is a joke. Very rude and disrespectful. Always try to pressure you into making choices. After reading the rest of the reviews. And seeing they DO NOT respond to any Negative ones just shows how they are. They don't make things right. They don't take any accountability. They'll take your money and give you a nice and shiny paper weight! All the good reviews are the ones they've begged for. This place is god awful. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemies.

I am very pleased with the outcome. I recommend talking to sales managers Tony Little or Rob Hall if you are not a satisfied customer.

The afternoon of 4/11/24 I saw a Suburban online at Jake Sweeney Chevrolet that I was interested in. My husband called and they said to call back, after 2 on 4/12/24, as the vehicle was being serviced. My husband then calls the sales person the following day (4/12/24) and told them we would be in after I was off work that evening. As we are getting ready to leave the house (4:15), the same gentlemen (David Shelton) calls and asks if we are on our way. We stated we would be there about 5, as it was almost an hour drive for us. Upon arrival, the guy comes up to us and states "Let's get this done and over with", at this point I look at my husband in complete shock, that he said that. I mentioned that we were planning on trading in my car, he then proceeds to roll his eyes. Again, I was just speechless. He asks that we pull our car around and meet him on the other side of the building, which we do. When we get out, he takes my car key, gets in my car to get the information, then meets us inside. When we got to his desk, he said "This is not going to be a good outcome". At this point, I was ready to leave, but my husband wanted to look at numbers as he knows I needed a new car. He starts asking questions about the amount I owe, if we can put any money down, then stated maybe we should try to look at a different car. We then tell him no, that we drove an hour to see about this suburban. He starts plugging things in and trying to, I guess do his job, but then realizes he lost the keys to my car. I just laughed as I could not believe this was happening. Once my keys were found and they were able to take it back to get an offer, the guy says "I hope you guys planned on putting quite a bit of money down." I said "Well we can put some money down, but we would like to see what we can figure out" He then states, which this was what did me in, "Honestly it's the end of the day and I am ready to get out of here, so maybe this just is not the right vehicle for you" I could not believe what was actually happening. Of course, after dealing with this, my husband was not happy with the way he was speaking to us and they exchanged a few words and we left. I was almost in tears, because I was just so frustrated and embarrassed that he spoke to us that way. We may be young, but we are probably better off than most people our age or even older. I could have easily went in there and paid cash for the suburban, but am dead set on trading in my car, as we don't need 3 vehicles between the two of us. I have never once had such an awful experience at a dealer. UPDATE: When the gentlemen was out looking at my car, he was using an umbrella. When my husband walked to the drivers side and was telling me goodbye today (4/13/24) he looked at the roof of my car and there is a large scratch and other scuffs from the guys umbrella! We have called, they asked us to send over the pictures, so we did and have yet heard back.

Out of morbid curiosity, I went back to Kings Nissan to see if they would try to get me again, and of course they tried. I was interested in a new Nissan Z, and I was told there were no 2025 manual Z's available in Ohio. I was told there were no black 2025 Z's available in Ohio. I drove Kings Nissan red automatic Performance Z and was not impressed with the transmission at all. To say the offer to buy the 2025 Z Performance was ridiculous is an understatement.($1000 down and $800/month for 84 months). I left with my Sentra assuming I would have to wait to get the black manual Z that I wanted. I was telling my daughter about the experience, and she wanted to know what the Z looked like. We just happened to have dinner at a restaurant near Busam Nissan, and I said we would stop to see if they had one so she could see it. She loved the C7 and wanted to see a Z. I walk in the showroom and I see a black 2025 Z Sport sitting there. I walk over to it assuming it's an automatic, but it's a manual. Busam is the closest Nissan dealership to Kings Nissan (10 miles). It became clear that Kings Nissan wasn't interested in servicing or satisfying anyone. The deal I accepted for the black manual was better than the 3rd offer from Kings. There was no "what do you want your payment to be" manipulation that is a typical tactic of salepersons. The sales staff before and after purchase were phenomenal. I was so impressed that I brought my son there to purchase his first new car (2026 Kicks SR) that he leased. He loves his new car. The sales manager sent me a "Z" keychain that I received in the mail a week or so after the purchase. It was an unnecessary gift but very appreciated. If I were to have anything negative to say about Busam Nissan is that you cannot schedule service from the MyNissan app. You have to call to schedule a service appointment. In the grand scheme of things, not a big deal. All my future Nissan purchases will be from Busam and I would recommend them to anyone. Avoid Kings Nissan or any dealership in that auto group. Their goal is to hose you out of as much money as possible. I sent the attached pictures with a less than friendly message to sales associate at Kings NIssan. He got off easy.

I was thrilled and had them work up a "deal". They came back with a final price that included a bunch of extras some of which the sales manager said were nonnegotiable. I inquired about one of those and he couldn't even explain what the benefit was to the customer. Then to add more insult he appraised my trade in at $2500 when two other dealers offered $5000 more. He said the 4WD unit was out as the reason when I've been driving through heavy snow over the last 4 weeks. The final result was a price that was nearly $12,000 more than the advertised price and within $500 of the full MSRP for a leftover 2025 with $5000 in Ford rebates! Test drove a car and the brakes need to be replaced. Rotors included. The sales manager tried to tell us that it was the tires, and also tried to say that the rear brakes only engage about 20% of the time that that could not possibly be a problem. Also tried to tell us that the price that the vehicle is set at is considering the defects that need to be addressed. This is a safety issue. Do not buy a vehicle with a safety issue! It's quite evident they didn't care all they wanted to do was sell the car no thank you. Not worth the 90 minute drive to test drive.
