After doing my research on EAG I felt confident that the car is being sold from a very reputable car company. So I decided to contact EAG for additional information on the car. I sent an email and hoped to negotiate on the pricing. The car was about 10% higher than what I wanted to pay (compared to other similar listings on the internet). EAG was firm on their price and fully explained why. They are not just flipping cars. All of their cars are get a comprehensive inspection and get a full overhaul to bring the car back to new as possible. My car received about $8-$10k ***retail value*** worth of services and parts (Valve adjustment, oil pan gasket, belts, etc). All paperwork was done through email and FedEx. I was warned that the "rejuvenation" process can take several weeks before I can take delivery of the car. During this process, I received regular updates with pictures. When the car was ready. I booked my plane ticket (San Francisco to Cincinnati). The owner of the company pick me and my friend from the airport. We were treated to breakfast and a tour of EAG. We got an up close and personal tour of museum quality super rare cars (M1, Z1, M3 Lightweight, etc) After the tour, I finally pick up the keys to my dream car! The car was better than I imagined. The doors shut tight. No rattles. Everything felt solid. Everything functioned as it should (wipers, heated seats, AC, sunroof). I cannot believe that this was an 18 year old car. I chose not to ship the car back to California because I wanted to drive cross country to fully experience and bond with my *new* car. About 20 mins into our journey home, the tire monitoring warning and DSC lights came on. I immediately called EAG, and they told me to come back to the shop so they can look at the issue. They found a faulty sensor on one of the wheels and replaced it at no cost. We drove the car for over 2,400 miles, 36 hours behind the wheel, across 11 states, 4 time zones. The car was absolutely perfect and performed as designed. Once again, I cannot believe that this is an 18 year old car. EAG did a fantastic job and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Bottom line: You get what you pay for!

This should be no problem. Should. They've had it three weeks. Communication has been spotty and incomplete. Inquiries are ignored. No real clear answers are given. They are in no hurry to get it finished and returned. Steve Rucker is, as other reviewers pointed out, a bridge troll who comes out of the gate full of wrath and attitude that one would dare to try to ask any questions. He doesn't have to explain anything to me, as he told me, and I am free to take my truck somewhere else. Well, Steve, I sure will, once you get your thumb out of your back door and put it back together. Sales - top notch. Service - take it to a drunk toddler before you entrust it to Steve Rucker and his merry men. I give them until the COB tomorrow before I call the better business bureau. There is no excuse for this taking this long.

For five years I trusted Kerry with this truck and spent a lot of money maintaining it. That trust is gone. I brought it to Kerry for the 130,000-mile service. Nearly $900 and almost four hours later, I drove away. Less than 24 hours later, while driving down the highway, warning lights came on indicating the transmission was overheating. The truck started smoking and fluid was coming out from underneath. I had it towed back to Kerry. The first thing I was told? "The transmission was overfilled." Unfortunately, that didn't exactly shock me. This wasn't Kerry's first fluid related f-up with my truck. Previously, after another routine service, my truck started smoking on the same highway and I had to have it towed back to Kerry because the engine oil had been overfilled. So yeah, when they initially told me the transmission was overfilled immediately after a catastrophic transmission event, I wasn't terribly surprised. Then, about a week and a half later, their story changed. Now I'm told it was a CDF failure, apparently a known issue with the 2020 F-150, and the transmission overheated and vented fluid. And the fact that this happened less than 24 hours after my $900 service? Just a magical coincidence. Maybe it was. Maybe I just won the world's shittiest lottery. What really chaps me something awful is that I've done everything the right way. This truck has been serviced exclusively by Ford dealerships since I bought it new. I trusted Kerry for five years. Less than a day after a $900 service, I have a catastrophic transmission failure. Riiiiight. Kerry's solution? "Here's your $5,400 bill." I didn't expect a free truck. I expected them to give a crap and work with a five year customer to find a reasonable solution. I offered the GM several potential solutions. Nothing. No call. No email. No text. Not even a courtesy response. Just silence. That's a pretty interesting business strategy when you're dealing with a customer who has a 136,000-mile truck, has spent years servicing it at your dealership, and was potentially in the market for another vehicle. Five years of business earned me a $5,400 bill, a changed story, and complete silence from the GM. Hell of a loyalty program. To their credit, they did accomplish one thing: they convinced me that Ford builds pieces of garbage and Kerry Ford has no problem leaving its customers holding the bag.

Him and I were going back and forth about this Avalon for days. I told him how I planned on getting it inspected by a third party. Everything was sounding good to go. Told me I needed someone above the age 25, valid license and insurance, so I can test drive. So I asked everyone. Finally got my grandmother to come out. Matt and I were texting and he was telling me that it no longer needs an inspection because it's been serviced already. I told him I still planned on getting it inspected, after I mentioned that? We were no longer aloud to get take the car ANYWHERE! "Per manager" said Matt adlesperger. And he also tries to pressure me to make quick moves. Mentioned How he has another potential buyer in Chicago who's ready to sign today. Why not just go with them instead of use it as a bs tactic with me? In the picture I'll post below. Matt says that "we've played this game before" yea we did, you guys tried pressuring me into a bs deal on a piece of junk in the past. And I couldn't get this vehicle inspected as well. They wanted me to purchase the vehicle before it had even been through their service! Then threw it in my face like they weren't the ones in the wrong... This place is a joke. Very rude and disrespectful. Always try to pressure you into making choices. After reading the rest of the reviews. And seeing they DO NOT respond to any Negative ones just shows how they are. They don't make things right. They don't take any accountability. They'll take your money and give you a nice and shiny paper weight! All the good reviews are the ones they've begged for.
