Everything about this place could improve. They sold my daughter a piece of trash. Waited until her last payment which she had in full and refused to accept the payment. Clearly they wanted to resell the car. Repoed the car, then refused to give her the personal belongings out of the car. The owner is a true prick! He's not professional. The owner would not even give my grandson's car seat that was left in the car. My daughter could care less about the car because it was raggedy from day one of purchase. Even knowing that she would be traveling with a young child in a car that came with overheating issues. The owner called my son a big motherfucker and got up in his face on a threatening way. One of the customers witnessed this and we have it on video. Make sure if you have an issue to take the police with you because he is crooked. They buy the cars from car auctions fix them up a little just to get them off of the lot and sold. Knowing they are crappy cars. I personally called yo make the last payment and he refused to accept it. The least they could have done is gave the babies car seat instead of being nasty and rude. Be sure to call legal aid and the BBB and get an attorney asap. Truly a blessing that the car did not blow up with she was driving it because it truly was a death trap. read more

Despite the other two- seemingly personal- reviews, I had quite a wonderful experience with Abrams Automotive! The salesman who helped me on the floor, Drew, was kind, knowledgeable and not pushy (as I so much appreciated having had negative experiences with other entities feeling as though I was pushed heavily into making decisions I was not ready for nor understood) Drew was patient with me and took the time to answer my questions. I purchased the greatest little car from them and have had zero issues with it since! Will definitely be going back when I'm ready for a second little car and/or with servicing questions- again I cannot reiterate enough how much I appreciated their patience with my many inquiries and thorough explanations in their answers. read more

In 2020, Ford Edge purchased. Before 90 days, engine went bad. $3,000 put down. $150.00 payment every 2 weeks. Auto may have had serious problem before sale. Asking company to exchange for another working vehicle. As of 7/25/2020, no requested response from company. My gas station employer requires management employee have transportation. On verge of losing $15.00 hour job. Have 3 children to support, and bills to pay. Low paying "essential job" made purchasing new car impossible. P read more

I've been dealing with abrams automotive for a year now and the moment that I step on the lot. I wasn't able to get the car that I wanted, the car lot was pretty persistent on putting me in a something they felt was more suiting to me. While all the long I had to the money to buy whatever car I wanted up there. I bought my car on a Saturday morning, the engine light came on later that Saturday evening. I immediately took the vehicle back to abrams and Mike (the car salesman at the time) told me. "It could be a misread on the dashboard, I drove my car for four years with the engine light was on and it never gave me any problems." Over the past year the engine light has remained on, cutting off at traffic lights, cutting off while driving, countless jumps. Also in the past year I've taken the car back to them, then I found out the car lot has a gadget that they use to turn the engine light off. I've put over a thousand dollars in repairs on that car (not including keeping up my regular car notes every two weeks) The bottom line is abrams automotive is VERY UNPROFESSINAL ALL ACROSS THE BOARD. Starting with the owner terry abram, very rude and a nasty individual. drew abram will sell a customer any kind of car and he doesn't care what type of shape the car is in he will sell a customer a lemon as long as gets your money. The secretary terri (at the front desk) is very racist, she has made plenty of racist remakes that she was check for...dave "the head mechanic" has made plenty sexual advances for car repairs trade offs. In closure I strongly suggest THAT no one does business with abrams automotive UNLESS you are ready for all this that I went through and then some. DO NOT give these people your money! They have an F rating with Better Business Bureau and they took car payment money for almost two months after they reported the car stolen. They have been sued many times. read more
