The van we rented was about a year old, in excellent shape. It was a Toyota Sienna, and even came with the 8th seat if we needed it. The customer service was excellent. They let us pick it up the night before so we could start packing the car. We were not pressured to get all the extra insurance coverage. The car itself met our needs very well and it was awesome to rent from a local company that we felt comfortable with. My husband has used Mike Albert for his company needs as well, and they have been great to work with in those transactions also. I highly recommend Mike Albert, and we will definitely return if we have any future local rental needs!

I thought rental places kept track of their miles and maintenance. A friend of mine Scheduled a suv for their vaction. Went to pick it up to find they rented out the suv he had Scheduled. He took his business elsewhere. And last but not least. I have heard the new management of the company is laying off people and saying they are getting rid of their position when in reality they are putting the work load on other people that was not hired for that position without any incentive. Sound like the company is going down hill fast all do to greed . Not a company I would want to work for or give my business to. I will definitely be steering clear of this place and letting others know. Such a shame to see a local company go down hill due to greed

They've got a nice balance between friendliness and efficiency. Sometimes you just want to be in and out (because, you know... you've literally got somewhere to be), and other times you might want to have a long conversation about Doctor Who because the nice lady behind the desk noticed your phone case :) They seem to have a 6th sense for how much conversation an introvert like myself is prepared to have. They're always straightforward with the terms and have never tried to upcharge me or dock me for running a little late/early. The vehicles are always clean and run very well, and I feel very safe leaving my personal vehicle there for the duration of my contract. I'm glad that they are the closest ones to me because I'll be seeing them a lot! At the time of this review I think i've used them 6 times in 3 months. No complaints here!
