Some of the wires broke apparently in the tire. I did not believe that at first and I did not see any indication of any thing wrong with my tires, but I went along with what they said because they are the professionals. I picked my car up after the new tires were installed.. driving down harrison It had the same rattling at 40 mph. I called them irritated and said did you test drive this vehicle? They said they did which I dont believe. . long story short they said the problem is my drive train is worn out and I need a new one. they claim that two different problems were causing the vibration. the likelihood in my opinion of having two different issues causing the same problem is pretty much unbelievable the reality is they either misdiagnosed the problem or they are crooked. either way I don't want anything to do with them again. I bought four new tires at $862 which i believe were not needed. That they conveniently profited from.

I'm shocked at how much tech and comfort features they put in their cars! And Justin is so nice to talk to us about latest features! Just for comparison, my 2018 Sportage was 32k new. And this particular Sportage is their top new model, bigger and much more roomy, has tons more tech features and is 42k. When you get in, the seat automatically adjusts to you. And upon opening the door the seat moves back. The leather is so soft and buttery. And their warranty is better than the old one. Worth checking out Kia if you're in the market for a new car. Their service department is always fast. They have an app that you can track their progress as they work on your car. And waiting is fantastic in their new waiting area. They have complimentary yummy popcorn, water and coffee. Places to charge your phones, and a tv. New offices to work your best deal. I'm a customer and will be back here when I'm ready to buy. :)

Tried to talk to the supposed Manager and he was a total joke and shouldn't be running a place like that. Now I will have to take them to small claims court and deal with all that headache in order to try and get my money back. In my opinion do not have any work done there or you want be happy.

However, my experience with this shop was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. In April 2026, my daughter's vehicle was diagnosed by this shop as needing a transmission rebuild. We were quoted up to approximately $3,000 and told the vehicle would be completed by April 24. We approved the repair because my daughter is a single mother who depends on her vehicle for work. When the shop finally contacted us, we were instructed to pay over the phone and pick up the vehicle from the parking lot after hours. We paid $3,195 including tax. Immediately upon starting the vehicle, there was a loud exhaust leak that was not present when the vehicle was brought in. The receipt left on the vehicle noted a "clunking sound" and that the flex pipe needed replacement. We also discovered missing clips and bolts under the hood. We paid out of pocket to replace the missing hardware and had to take it to another shop to repair the exhaust issue. The clunking noise continued to worsen. When we attempted to contact the shop, the voicemail box frequently stated that it was not accepting messages. Eventually, the motor mount failed while the vehicle was being driven, causing additional damage including the drive belt and crank pulley. The vehicle was towed back to the shop. It sat for approximately a week before being inspected. During the following weeks, we received conflicting information from different employees regarding parts availability, labor hours, repair costs, and timelines. At one point, I was told a part could only be found on eBay for $500. My husband was given a different explanation the same day. After he located multiple replacement options himself, the shop suddenly found a used part for significantly less. Most concerning was that we were never contacted with an estimate or asked to authorize additional repairs. Instead, we received a call stating the work had already been completed and that we owed $1,463. After disputing the charge, the amount was reduced to $1,171.50. The shop also informed us that the mechanic who had originally worked on the vehicle had been terminated. My biggest concerns are: * Poor communication throughout the process * Conflicting information from staff members * Repairs completed without prior authorization or approval of costs * Additional vehicle issues immediately following major transmission work * Lack of accountability when concerns were raised I understand older vehicles can have problems. My dissatisfaction is not because the vehicle was old. It is because of the way this situation was handled from start to finish. After spending more than $4,300 between the original transmission repair, follow-up repairs, towing, and related expenses, we were left feeling misled, frustrated, and taken advantage of. I would not return to this shop and cannot recommend them based on our experience.

This all started by me thinking I could charge it because it wasn't getting cold enough and probably was a little low. Well it got worse. C&L told me someone over charged it and that they would only change me for an hour of shop time. They could have taken advantage of me but they didn't, that means a lot to me. Lessen learn to me.
