Unfortunately I didn't have rental insurance, but was able to rent a new Kia sedan with all the features for only about $30 a day with my insurance's reduced rate. The office staff were friendly, helpful, and flexible - they offered for me to drive the car to the repair shop and leave it so I could retrieve my car on my own. First time using Enterprise and based on this experience I will definitely use them again!

After 3 hours I was offered a 12 passenger van vs everyone else before and after me were offered cars or electric cars. I had no choice but to deny due to safety driving, I was very upset because it left me alone at the airport without being able to drive to my final destination at very late hour without any other option being available! this is devastating!

I took the $14 airport limo to the Netherland Hilton hotel on arrival, and picked up my Budget rental the next afternoon. (Already saved at least $50 plus overnight parking) Then after 3 days, I returned the car at CVG airport, no problem. I found the service here very helpful. Instead of $260plus I paid about $100 (including the airport shuttle to town). Smart or what? It's located in the millennium hotel and is super fast and convenient but I really wish I would have driven to a different location. They didn't have the level of car that my insurance company had covered so I had to pay the rest of the way for a luxury car which ended up being a Dodge Chrysler something or other and it was anything but luxurious. It REEKED like smoke. Like to the point that I was getting a migraine every time I drove somewhere. I took some ladies home one night after work and as soon as they opened the car door they were like, "EW gross! It smells like smoke in here!" That is just unexceptable. ESPECIALLY when your agreement states that you will not smoke in the car, and when you bring it back it will be inspected for smells of smoke. Well obviously someone here is not completing the inspection and customers are suffering. Bottom line, I will not rent from here again.
