No luck. We decided to go to the brick and mortar location on Fort Street Mall. My sister dropped me off near Bethel Street and I walked over to the shop. I asked the friendly gal at the counter about the Food Truck. She said it's no longer. There are only two La Birria locations: this one on Fort Street Mall and the food truck at Pearlridge Center. I did look at the La Birria website and their Instagram page. I saw that there are just these two locations. This food truck in downtown is closed.

I don't know if he was only working the bar that day, but he could have at least brought water, menus, or simply said someone would be right with us. Instead, the whole interaction came across as dismissive and unnecessary. Food was very good as always, but service matters too. Based on this visit, I'd call it 3 stars overall.
