Business owner Eric and his Son were very honest and hardworking. Provide me solution and fair pricing to replace an old system.

Horrible Experience! My problem is still not resolved. Randy still doesn't know what the issue is…read more He seemed to guess at what the problem was. He told me nothing more then what my handy-man told me less than three days before. He did not even quote me a price for the work, he just said it was going to be very expensive and he was with the company only two months. I wondered if I should have called another company, when I asked if he liked the company? He replied, "Oh my boss is such a cool dude. I guess that is a perk to the job coming in every day." Thanks for charging me $99 for Randy to walk up and down my steps twice, take a picture. Tell me I need to close my shower curtain better, buy a new flap on my shower. And tell me about his boss being a cool dude. I tried to give them another chance: I even asked for the manager. I had a J. Williams cell phone call me back. He NOT ONLY REFUSED my coupon he issued to me, because of my one star review on Google which was posted before, he gave me my coupon. According, to the 1st time stamp which I did immediately after I received the survey. He stated, he would personally come out to my house. Then when I asked him to shut off the water valve in my Grandson's closet to my water softener tank in the panel, and wait an hour, to see if the valve moved....because I cannot physically do this, and this would at least tell us if we have H20 in the house if it moves. If it does not move no leaks. Because, I cannot physically do with medical conditions I have. He REFUSED, stated, "You know what I can tell this 2nd trip will go badly. And just HUNG UP ON ME!" I tried to give this company a chance to make it right. After they texted me, saying they would make it right. So what they say in your home, on text message, and verbally on the phone / in your face ARE ALL DIFFERENT STORIES!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! THIS IS AN HONOST REVIEW! I have medical conditions and cannot physically do what they need to do, just to simply let me know if I have a leak coming from my home. They will charge you at least a $100 to $250 just to take pictures. Just Crazy! They could not even tell if my leak was coming from the upstairs or downstairs. So Ben Franklin NOT ONLY DID NOT HONOR THEIR WORD WITH MY COUPON THEY GAVE, THEY REFUSED TO JUST DO GOOD BUSINESS BY DOING THEIR JOB! THAT THEY APOLOGIZED FOR THE FIRST TIME! THEY STILL WILL NOT TELL ME IF I HAVE A LEAK IN MY HOME OR NOT....EVEN THOUGH, THIS IS THE WAY YOU FIND OUT.... JUST BAD BUSINESS! NEVER AGAIN! SO I AM LEAVING A BAD REVIEW! THE LADY IN THE OFFICE SAID THE MANAGER WAS TO BIG TO FIT IN ANY PARTS OF A SPOT IN A HOUSE AND LAUGHED ABOUT IT. She even stated, he may have to bring the one of two skinny associates working with the company back with him. To crawl in house. Just wow! SO UNREAL! GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE! At least she may have been the only honest one. Anyone interested in seeing my actual text messages feel free to ask. I intend on reporting this entire case to the BBB.

If you want to pay the most exorbitant prices possible for your job, this is the company for you…read more "By the job" pricing is a rip-off, at least how these people use it. Every job is plugged into a category and prices are set by category. You might have a job that takes half an hour or one that takes 2 hours, but they'll both be charged at the same (astronomic) rate. Had a leaking drain pipe under the kitchen sink. Needed new seals and maybe a section of plastic pipe replaced. Less than an hour job. Plumber came out and quoted $700. These people do not apply the $99 trip charge to repairs. After expressing outrage he lowered the quote to $400, plus the $99 trip charge. And tried to make it sound like he was doing a big favor. So $500 for a less than an hour job that even with $100 an hour for labor should have been $200 or so. I ate the trip charge and showed him the door. But if you like expensive plumbing repairs this is the place for you. No job too small to charge huge money for.

The technician told me he could not get past 45 feet of line and suggested there was a collapsed pipe in my yard. I was verbally quoted a repair in the $6,000-$18,000 range. Before committing to a repair of that size, I obtained a second opinion. The second plumbing company cleared a blockage and provided video confirmation that there was no collapse or structural damage. Based on the major misdiagnosis, I requested a refund under their advertised 100% satisfaction guarantee. Communication was slow, and I was made to feel like the video proof I provided from the second company was insufficient (even though it was time stamped, dated, and I shared the invoice summary). I initially received only a partial refund. After multiple follow-ups and escalation to ownership, I was ultimately refunded in full. I'm sharing this so others (especially first time homeowners) understand the importance of getting a second opinion before approving major excavation or high-cost repairs. While the final outcome was a full refund, it required time and persistence to resolve.

Plumbing Service on 8/2/2025…read more I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the plumbing service I received from Zoom Drain on August 2, 2025. I contacted your company for three issues: 1. A clogged drain in my walk-in tub 2. A replacement for the tub's drain stopper 3. A small leak under the kitchen sink I was told there would be a $200+ service charge--regardless of whether any work was completed. That should have been my first red flag. When the technician, Eric, arrived, it quickly became clear that he did not know what he was doing. Not only did he fail to resolve any of the issues, but he also managed to make the situation worse. As for the simple task of replacing a drain stopper, I was told it would require an entirely separate visit. Seriously? This is unacceptable. I paid for a service and received nothing of value in return. There was no resolution, no professionalism, and certainly no reason to justify the cost. I trusted your company to provide reliable service, but this experience has felt like nothing short of a scam. I will be sharing my experience publicly so others can avoid the same mistake. Use this company at your own risk.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid these people too much money to fix my sewer line after they failed to snake my drain, which resulted in my basement flooding and needing massive remediation to fix. They destroyed my front yard in 2 locations after they failed to find the line the first time to install the access pipe and left me with a huge mound of dirt that never settled right and told me it was my dirt and my problem to deal with. I was under the apparently mistaken impression they would come back and level it out, so when I told the customer satisfaction manager (Pat Swanson, who was useless in helping me) that I needed help, I was lied to on multiple occasions. First I was told that they would come help, and then Pat's solution was to have the excavation managers call me, who yelled at me, acted like I was an idiot, and had the nerve to call me back when I hung up on them because they were saying such horrible things about me. As Ron R. put it in his review, these people are shameless, predatory, and beyond useless when it comes to customer service. Pat, I hope you're ashamed of yourself and how dare your company charge as much as they did for a half-done job all around.
