We had an issue with a faucet leaking and it was affecting our ability to have hot water. We called a plumbing company we have used for several years and were told they couldn't get to us for nearly two weeks! We decided to check Angi's list last night and we chose Jack L. Woods Plumbing Company. My husband, Greg, phoned them this morning and even though they said they were quite busy, they would work to fit us in tomorrow morning. But then my husband received a call and was told the plumber, Bill H. was on his way to our home. Bill fixed the issue within a short period of time and the leak stopped. We feel the price was very fari. We still need to do more work on the main bathroom tub fixtures, but that can wait. We're over the moon to have our hot water back! Highly, highly recommend Jack L. Woods Plumbing Company to you.

Thought one estimate seemed high, while other one didn't even offer in-store installation. Then went on Yelp to gather more information. Noticed that Only Water Heaters had only positive reviews. So I contacted business on Saturday, spoke with Tim. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and had excellent customer service skills. On Sunday, texted Tim to find out more information about Rheem models. He provided all the information requested, was scheduled for that Wednesday. The installation went smoothly. Jim was on time, knowledgeable, helpful and even removed an anode rod just installed. Highly recommend Only Water Heaters
