Do not do business with this company. They are terrible. I ordered 20 bottles initially, the driver delivered 7 and questioned me about my 20 bottles. Then in subsequent months the driver did not show up. Would show up deliver one bottle and charge me a $14 delivery fee. Over the last 6 months the didn't show up at all. I ran out of water back to buying water bottles. I canceled my account. I called and explained my issues with 3 different managers and the could not be bothered. I've had their service for over 1.5 years. We moved it from our location in Beavercreek oh to our house in the Columbus area. They have consistently delivered water when I've skipped it far in advance. Or not delivered it when we have a scheduled delivery. It's been super annoying. We finally canceled service last week and was supposed to be picked up today(because that's the next time they will be in our area, had we been ordering after they probably would have come sooner). Called at noon today to confirm pick up and still hasn't been picked up. So now I'm on hold for 20+ minutes again. Extremely frustrating. Frustrating enough to the point we paid over 6k to get a water filtration system put into our house last month. The level of incompetence of this company is ridiculous. One star for the product. Minus 4 starts for the horrible service Oh it just gets better and better. I called again and she said They rescheduled my pick up to the 24th of this month without informing me at all. I had called yesterday to confirm pick up and they confirmed. I just called and complained finally after feeling vivid(fined by hoa for leaving items out for over 24 hours) due to their negligence, incompetence. Told the best they can do is this Thursday. And they wouldn't credit me for the hoa fee. So if I was mad and upset yesterday that is nothing compared to how angry I am now and will never recommend this company to anyone. read more

So. Let's start at the beginning everything was fantastic. Water delivered. Bills paid all was well. Up until about 9 to 10 months ago. It started with a skipped shipment. I called to reschedule. Thought all was worked out. Continued to pay the company at one point for ZERO bottles of water. We have been ignored since then. In the past 10 months we have had a single delivery. Up until a few months ago we continued to pay. However what am I paying for? ONE delivery in 9/10 months (could be longer than that really but I'm being generous.) No customer service. Being told there are no drivers. Something I understand but then stop charging until you make it right regardless. No way to make any of it right. They tell you we will reschedule but you have to wait another month which never comes and then another and so on and so on. I grew up with this company. This is extremely disheartening. I buy water at the store, for far more than with CW. But what else am I to do when a company cannot perform it's one and only service. read more

I would go zero stars if it was possible. the worst service ever. I've was happily using them since 2018, HOWEVER, the service has gone DOWNHILL during 2023. Apparently there is a shortage of delivery drivers and even when there is a delivery, it gets delivered to wrong place, even though there is very clear instructions. For the past year, I've been dealing with missed deliveries, water delivered to wrong address, empty bottles not picked up and therefore racking up my invoice since the empty bottle credits are not being applied. Customer service is always polite, but I've reached my limits with this company, you can't trust that you'll receive your water. No water delivery since June, and it is now August 11 and they canceled again. Customer service is very nice and cordial each time I call, but their lack of staffing and communication regarding deliveries is frustrating. I was just informed my area no longer has a route but "they'll get someone out there for you" next week. I hear this every time I call but nothing changes and no one shows. Received an email last Tuesday stating delivery will be delayed till the next day. The next day still didnt get any water. I called them and they said "we don't have a route for that area because of staffing issues and they would look at their schedule and let me know!! I told them its mid july i have 70 employees and need water and if i dont have any by quitting time tomorrow i will be looking for another water provider. Not a good start to my service. My delivery/installation date was delayed by two days, but I was not informed until I called to find out when they might be at my facility on the original date. When my dispenser and water were delivered, the driver simply left the items in our parking lot by our employee entrance and never made any contact with us. We just happened walk out and see them. Update; I ended up getting ahold of my route driver and he serviced/exchanged my cooler. He provided me with his personal/business phone number and stated that if I have any more concerns, contact him directly. Expecting your customers to be available between the hours of 8am and 5 pm is for service is unacceptable. Especially during the weekdays when most of us are at work. Crystal Springs, if you are serious about customer service, give us a 2 to 4 hour window when we should expect service. If you decide to cancel our appointment, notify us and jointly we can reschedule an appointment. Canceling and rescheduling an appointment without notifying your customer is absurd. We have been getting monthly delivery from (Costco) Crystal Springs. I was about to use one of the spring water to be used in my dispenser when I noticed an old/dirty sticker inside the sealed 5gallon jug! Was so disappointed! I noticed it because it was an old sticker for a distilled water bottle (green) instead of a spring water (blue). We normally get 5x5gallon spring water and 1x5gallon distilled water for my wife's CPAP device. read more

I had an appointment to have my first water delivery this afternoon. You must be home for the first delivery so I took off work and canceled plans to be home until 5:00, the latest delivery time. When the driver wasn't here at 4:45, I called customer service and was told the driver would call me soon. When the driver wasn't here at 6:00, I called again and waited 21 minutes on hold for the customer service agent to tell me my delivery had been rescheduled to Monday. I spoke to BJ, who claimed to be the customer service supervisor and he could do nothing to help. I'm not wasting any more time with this company. They obviously do not need customers. read more

They are reliable and timely with deliveries, the drivers are friendly and professional, and customer service has been responsive when we called for help with a dispenser that wasn't cooling. Today the driver was particularly delightful and helpful, placing a new bottle on the dispenser for us. We are very pleased with the service. read more

What do you call a water delivery service that does not deliver water? ... I have no idea, but it sure as hell isn't a water water delivery service. For the past 3 months we have not been able to get water. Our regular scheduled date is missed and when we call are told "Oh, I see you are scheduled for tomorrow". I explain "no I was supposed to get water today". I hear clicks on a key board and am then told "oh, I see you were scheduled, but were rescheduled by the service route manager". To which I ask was anyone going to notify me... So the next comes and goes and no water followed by a similar conversation as as the day before. The last SIX days they have given me have come and gone and still no water. Absolute worst company EVER!!!! I have nine empties that I have paid a deposit on that I will now have to return myself. We have gone Multiple months without water. They told us that we would be paying for the water dispenser and it was ours outright. Then told us it was theirs. Now, we haven't had water delivery in 2 months. I have an actual bill, from their corporate office. Stating I owe them nothing. They still haven't delivered water. To make matters worse, they sent us to collections. Don't waste your time. Their customer care/service is terrible. The route manager constantly cancels our order without notice and we've run out of water 3 times in the last year. I've called in plenty of time to reschedule a delivery and they have failed every time. We are definitely looking into changing service. I don't recommend them to anyone. read more

Over the course of 3 months, Crystal Springs (Parent Company DS Services) got our order incorrect, missed multiple delivery dates even after speaking with multiple customer service representative, and incorrectly billed us twice. We finally cancelled with them and after never receiving credit for the 8 Empty Water Jugs we returned, we attempted several times to contact a customer service representative. One can only wait on hold so long so many times and we eventually just chalked it up as a loss. THEN, 8 months later we get a bill from a collection agency indicating that we owe Crystal Springs. Never received a final bill explaining any of the specific charges. After disputing those charges, we filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. read more

They have missed 2 of our "scheduled delivery dates" and when I have called to complain I was PROMISED they would have water delivered immediately. This did not happen. Finally, I said, just open the door and roll them down the street! Why is it harder to get water delivered from our neighbor then it is from someone across town. Crystal Springs is a JOKE! We have been battling with them for 2 weeks now trying to get a water service. They set us up with a delivery date and never bothered to call us and tell us it would not be coming that day. When my husband called they re-scheduled for the next day and once again gave us the run around as to when the service would be coming. It wasn't until he called to cancel that he got to talk to a supervisor who assured us the water would be coming the following Tuesday because that is when the driver was in our area and we never should have been given those other two dates. Today is Tuesday the day the water should have arrived and we get a call this morning that they looked at the map and we are not in their area! What the heck!!! Shouldn't they have known that since we had to put in our zip code to set up water service? Nice of them to make us wait almost two weeks then say Oh we can't help you sorry for the inconvenience. I really dislike giving this company even 1 star. I have been a customer for several years and they used to be pretty decent. They might miss my scheduled day but they would be out the very next day so there was no disruption to my water. It did get really bad a few years ago but they turned it around for a while. However, it has just gone down hill over the past year. They just never show up. I live in a windy area and the water bottles will blow all over my yard and I have to continue to pick them up. When I call customer service they can never tell me why someone did not show up and say it was rescheduled for the next day. No one ever calls me to say it is rescheduled. However, even after it is rescheduled, they do not show up then either. I finally cancelled my account and was told they would be here on Wed to pick up the cooler and bottles. Well, they never showed. I called and they said they would be here on Thursday. Again, never showed and when I called I was told I should not worry about it because I would not be responsible if something happened to the cooler since I had called everyday about pick up. They still did not show up on Friday so I called today on Saturday and they cannot tell me why no one came but this time they told me that I would be responsible if something happened to the cooler. I even offered to drop it off but I they said that I cannot do that but yet I am responsible for it when they are not picking it up! Not only that but that I would have to be here when they finally showed up. I work and there is no way that I am going to stay at home waiting for someone to never show up. Plus, we had all these days of nice weather and it is not my fault that the delivery person did not show up. The delivery person should be responsible if the cooler is damaged since they are not doing their job. Not me when I have done everything that I was told to do. This company is horrible. I would rather have the inconvenience of picking water up from the store then the inconvenience and time drain of calling them everyday and talking to people that have no idea what is going on. You are better off spending your money on a different delivery service, picking it up at the store, or having a new water system installed in your house. read more
