I get glasses and feel nausea and vision strained. Go back to get lenses checked and they are spot on with new prescription. make appointment with Dr again and assist again is great and get correct prescription. Dr B comes in and said to me" usually the dilation refraction works. she said she would split the difference and gave me new prescription. Split the difference? Now i meed to go back and get 2 new lenses in my glasses.

Upon arrival, I explained what I wanted. They sent me in to see the Dr (Chan?). He went through a routine examination. I told him I was there for to have the growth removed. He noted it in the chart, but did not remove it, and continued with his exam. When I left I told the receptionist I was very unhappy and didn't expect a bill. I received no bill until about three months later. Why?? Yes, they were very nice and all that, but by all appearances their scheduling is focused on saying "Yes" and getting people into their office for their assembly line routine exam.

They thought I was easy to pull one over on. They told me it was cheaper to not use my insurance. They said that I need to have 3 different glasses. One with bifocals for the office. One for everything use. The third was sunglasses. Even just for the one pair which I would have chosen the everyday ones it was unbelievably high in cost. I took the prescription and went elsewhere and Ordered a pair of everyday glasses for $400 less than what I would have paid at Focal Point Eye Care. Do better.
