When I went to pick up my watch, I was shocked to be charged $938. I was told additional work was performed and supposedly authorized by the sales associate--not me. I made it clear that I never authorized anything beyond the $395 quote and that the associate should be responsible for any unauthorized work he approved. I was forced to pay the $938 just to get my watch back and was promised a call from a supervisor. That call never came. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a bait-and-switch. I strongly recommend getting every detail in writing and thinking twice before trusting Watches of Switzerland with your business.

Marc is completely unprofessional, regardless of what other reviews say about him. Here's an…read moreexcerpt of his reply to me after delaying order processing for over 3 months: "We did not take your money. We do not charge your credit card until we receive the watch and we are about to ship it. So, do not embarrass yourself by contacting your bank and/or law enforcement. You have embarrassed yourself enough already! If you like, you could contact call them and tell them I hurt your feelings because you sent me 6 emails and I only replied to 5 of them." All of this because I told him I'm not waiting any longer, and to either fill the order or cancel it and refund as needed before I report his business to the proper authorities. He made no clarifications, provided zero substantive updates beyond "I'm still waiting," or blaming others, and made excuses for these delays instead of being honest about not being able to fill the order in a timely manner. I will add that I was willing to be patient (overtly so) and communicated in good faith the entire time. Yeah, fine, prices are better than other retailers online, but be prepared to wait, then wait some more, then be treated as a nuisance for making regular, VALID, requests for information after extreme delays. You're better off going to Zales than working with this absolute clown. Preemptive edit since he's going to make more false allegations like he did on Trustpilot: I accused this fraud of nothing. Now, I am. He is a fraud, a liar, and his victim mentality cost him his own business. Honesty is the better policy. Marc lied and deflected for months instead of being honest about being able to fill the order. Seiko was not out of stock, Marc is simply not a legitimate retailer. Once I confirmed that he wasn't going to steal from me, as other reviewers have charged, I placed an order elsewhere. GUESS WHAT? I had the watch in two days... So much for your lies, Marc.

OK - i see there has been some static regarding rob diesel and WRST. let me help clear up any…read moremisconceptions and/or false negatives. i AM a REAL purchaser. i identified a very small production 2026 rolex GMT master II - 18k rose gold/tiger iron face. impossible to source through any rolex dealer - anywhere - and i tried. as a result, i turned to the aftermarket and identified three potential sources. after contacting rob, i was impressed with his candor and deep knowledge of the rolex product line. he also had one in inventory. i was, however, super skittish about wiring a very large amount of cash to a person/business i did not know - so i began real diligence. including speaking with legal counsel to the parties that had a prior gripe with rob. everyone confirmed he was honest and stood behind his deals, so i decided to take a flyer and send him the wire. the watch arrived 'as promised' and 'when promised'. it was gorgeous, but being a complete skeptic, i took it to my local rolex expert (who i have worked with for 30+ years) and he confirmed it was a 'beautiful' example - brand new/never worn, full paperwork and a 2026 US 'origin' provenance. simply put: it was exactly what i was promised and fully legit. i paid a premium, but it was 'market' or better given the rarity. if i wanted to buy it again today, i would pay more through any other dealer. thanks rob! i look forward to our next 'hard to find' deal!

Mr. Diesel stated that the watch was in stock, then advised me that it would be shipped, and then provided a FedEx tracking label. Over a week and a half has passed, and the package has not been shipped. Mr. Diesel initially gave repeated, evasive explanations--weather delays, travel issues, etc. The watch never arrived. When I then demanded a refund, Mr. Diesel stopped responding to texts and phone calls. When I try to contact the office, no one answers. It appears I've been defrauded. I have received neither the watch nor a refund. I've reported the matter to law enforcement and consulted with an attorney.
