Both times I've been there today. He wouldn't me and showed me like one watch but I asked like one or two questions. They're just like thank you goodbye basically I can get the hell out of the store. We have a great inventory and a lot of the pieces I've never actually held so you're kind of wanna look at them before you spend. I don't know $50,000 or something.. anyway I don't think I'll be walking in that store again

Boris at Motion In Time texted back right-a-way with a price to replace the bracelet with a new DLC coated one for a great price. (I was quoted a higher price to repair and re-cost the old bracelet from a watchmaker in London). He turned around the watch by the end of the week and shipped it back overnight to Portand. Couldn't be happier with a watch that looks as good as the day I bought it 12 years go. Thanks again Boris.

I happened to be in Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan today, so I ran over to Grand Central Watch to get an estimate. I was really upset because my wife bought me this watch on vacation years ago, so there is a sentimental attachment to it. The owner saw that I was stressed out and she looked at it, turned around, fixed it in about a minute and handed the watch back to me. I was really nervous because I didn't know how much it was going to cost. I asked: "How much is the repair?" She replied, " There is no charge. Just leave me a review on Google." I couldn't believe it. I didn't know there was any place left on earth like that. How could I not leave a review after that? Five stars!!!!!!!

I reached out to Element in Time as a customer from out of state, and they offered the BEST price shipped. I contacted them about the piece and was told that though it is not physically in stock, they would be able to source the watch and to give them a few days. For the price I was quoted, I was more than willing to wait. Personally, I'm a customer that has no problem missing out on the in-person "AD" or boutique experience, especially if it could save me some money. In a day I was sent a message, letting me know that they were able to source the watch, and I just had to be patient while they received the watch to inspect and forward on to me. My new Aqua Terra is on my wrist a week later and I can't say enough good about Element in Time. They were prompt with responding to all my inquiries and kept me posted on the status all throughout the process. Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future as life happens!
