I highly recommend Element iN Time. Outstanding service! Prompt responses, strong efforts to do right for the customer, and quick service.

I was in the market for a new watch to mark a life event, and through a few months of research, I decided to get myself an Omega. I reached out to Element in Time as a customer from out of state, and they offered the BEST price shipped. I contacted them about the piece and was told that though it is not physically in stock, they would be able to source the watch and to give them a few days. For the price I was quoted, I was more than willing to wait. Personally, I'm a customer that has no problem missing out on the in-person "AD" or boutique experience, especially if it could save me some money. In a day I was sent a message, letting me know that they were able to source the watch, and I just had to be patient while they received the watch to inspect and forward on to me. My new Aqua Terra is on my wrist a week later and I can't say enough good about Element in Time. They were prompt with responding to all my inquiries and kept me posted on the status all throughout the process. Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future as life happens! read more

I had the best online shopping experience with Element iN Time. I placed an order before noon and Nick reached out to me by phone to talk through what I should expect with the shipment. Which, BTW, arrived the next morning from NY to CA! The watch is beautiful and the condition was exactly as described and shown in their photos. And well priced :) Couldn't be happier and would purchase from them again. read more

I worked with Nick and he was fantastic. After seeing the office and speaking with the staff it's very apparent that these guys and girls are very experienced and work efficiently. I had a very specific watch in mind and within 24 hours Nick had found the perfect one. Within 48 hours the watch was in my hand. Excellent service, valuable watches, and an overall amazing experience. This is where I will go for all my watches in the future. read more

I bought this Rolex new a couple of years ago from Element in Time. The process was pretty simple and the watch was beautiful. Relatively recently, it started running slow, so I sought advice from several watch shops here in Los Angeles and only got vague and contradictory advice about dealing directly with Rolex. I finally resolved to call Element in Time in NYC and was lucky enough to talk with Nick. He immediately reassured me, sent me a fedex return label, and I sent the watch to him the same day. He took it to the Rolex Service Center the next day and corresponded with me by email with details and a lengthy time estimate. All in all, the actual repair time was only a few weeks (far shorter than the original estimate) and I got the beauty back today. Nick kept me informed the entire time and his attitude and demeanor were so outstanding, I actually feel like we're friends or even family at this point. Nick and Element iN Time handled the whole interaction so effectively and pleasantly that they've made me a happy and devoted customer-for-life! I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

Purchased 2 timepieces from iN and Gary and Nick made the process seamless. They walked you through the process step by step and neither complained about the number of calls I made to them. The two Rolex watches are now family heirlooms. Shipping was not days but hours! I can't say enough about them and the company other than you're in good hands...pun intended! Thanks read more

This place, and Gary in particular is a shining example of professionalism, integrity and service. I could not be happier with the entire process of obtaining a replacement for my family heirloom, which sadly was stolen from me. Gary found me a replacement right away, and the entire process from start to finish was handled with the utmost class and grace. I wholeheartedly recommend Element in Time! Found a watch I was interested in online that was being listed by Element iN Time NYC. Reached out to them directly and spoke to Nick. He was my point of contact during the transaction. He was very professional, discussed the details of the watch I was interested in, and we worked on a trade as well. Everything went very smoothly and I was constantly updated throughout the entire transaction. From the shipping of my trade, receipt, and shipment of the new watch. The watch came well packaged and was exactly as described. I live in California and this was the first time working with Element iN Time NYC and would definitely buy from them again. Thank you Nick and the entire team at EIT! Looking forward to working with you again. read more

Had a great experience with these guys last week when I purchased two pre owned pieces from them. I loved how we were able to flexibly book an appointment so that we could we could take our time and consider which watches I wanted. We had the store to ourselves, which was great. My wife was with me and was equally impressed with the experience. They laid out each watch along with timegrapher and waterproof data, which was a nice touch. I like how Roman and Nick are real watch people and have a passion and knowledge for watches you don't get at the boutiques. Their prices are competitive, and they will work with you on bundles. One of the best watch purchasing experiences I've had. read more

Nick , at ELEMENT is the man!! The Breitling that I bought was in impeccable shape ( pre owned ) but I received the watch with no spare link. After the very positive experience I had with my first Rolex purchase from Nick, I knew I wanted to come back when it came time to pull the trigger on my second purchase. I'm very glad I did. As with my first experience, Nick was very professional, efficient, and communicative. As soon as I reached out to him with the Rolex I was looking for, he located it--at an unbeatable price (which I confirmed after a good amount of research) and he was able to have it delivered to me--clear across the country, in San Francisco--quite expeditiously. Found a pre-owned IWC via Chrono24, which connected me with E iN T; as with all interactions buying and selling watches, I was cautious. Pictures are provided, of the "actual watch", but undoubtedly, they look like stock photos . . . watch pictures are usually flawless. After a few discussions on e-mail and phone, we arrived at a fair deal for both parties and money was wired and my trade was shipped, should be the end of the story-- Nope For a situation totally caused by me, there was a snafu and it caused a remarkably easy transaction into one that was non-standard. This place is as good as it gets! I've been searching everywhere for a specific Omega Seamaster watch (This one to be exact: https://www.omegawatches.com/watches/seamaster/aqua-terra-150m/co-axial-chronograph-44-mm/23113445006001/) I was hesitant at first to buy such an expensive watch sight unseen as I live in LA, but I am glad I went ahead and purchased this watch from Element in Time. Element iN Time NYC - My beautiful Omega Seamaster chronograph. Thank you so much Gary! - Watches Near Me - New York, New York

The guys here are top notch and I wouldn't think twice about coming back to them for another purchase. I bought a Panerai a few months back for my father. I saw the watch online and came in to see it in person. They were very patient and answered all my questions and assured me they have a warranty should anything happen. That eased my mind a bit and I went through with the purchase. They gave me a sweet deal on a pristine pam 196. After about 1 week, I noticed the watch was running a bit slow. I figured the watch needed servicing since its more than a decade old, so I came back to them holding them to their word. They didn't even ask any questions. I had my watch back that day, and the best part is, I didn't spend a dime extra nor did the watch need any servicing, just some minor tweaking. My father loves his watch and wears it daily. read more

Found Elements In Time through an Internet search and was skeptical based on the good prices but after reading all the reviews and doing a little research I concluded this place was legit. Decided to purchase on a Thursday for a birthday on Sunday however the watch was not in stock. Got my omega speedmaster from them. Zach was super helpful and responsive. I highly recommend them.

I came across Element iN Time NYC as I was searching for a particular model of used watch. I reached out to several sellers, and ended up on the phone with Gary. He patiently answered all of my questions, and walked me through their process for ensuring authenticity, as well as the service they do on all of their watches. He encouraged me to take the watch I received to a local AD to have it verified as authentic, which I did. I received the watch exactly as pictured on the website (it was used, and minor scratches, which were very clearly shown in their pictures, matched up exactly to the watch I received). It was packed inside a protective case, in two different bubble-wrap envelopes inside a shipping box inside another shipping box. All the extra protection was a good thing, since the outer box did get dinged up quite a bit, but the inner items were undamaged. The watch has run flawlessly, holding great time, and it's been a joy to wear. I was very skeptical of making this purchase sight-unseen. The time Gary gave to my phone calls helped to reassure me, and the fact that they stand behind their product went even further. I'm a very happy customer. read more

The guys at Element iN Time were fantastic from start to finish. I wanted to buy a new 2019 Datejust to mark a significant achievement and was told 18-30 weeks with Rolex for the one I wanted. After a bit of research online I came across the watch I wanted and Nick was more than happy to show it to me in the showroom, and a few days later I returned to buy it. Recently had the pleasure of working with the staff on an online watch purchase and it was one of the best experiences ever completed. After the purchase they added a link from Cartier and made the process so seamless and pleasant that they are now my main source for any future needs. Highly recommended and will be my pleasure to continue doing business with Element iN Time for all my upcoming needs! read more

Simply put, Gary Videira, co-owner of Element iN Time in New York City is the most professional, knowledgeable and helpful person I have met in the watch industry. I have purchased two watches from Gary, a new Jaeger-LeCoultre Tribute to Deep Sea in 2013, and more recently, a previously owned Panerai Pam 00089. I purchased the Panerai during a short trip to New York. When I arrived in the city I told Gary that I was interested in seeing a Pam 00089 listed on the Element iN Time website. Gary explained that while that particular watch had been sold days prior to my arrival, he had recently taken in the same model in trade--fortunately for me, its dial and hands were in superior condition. Gary was kind enough to meet up with me in the early afternoon even though he was quite under the weather. In presenting the watch, Gary pointed out the superior dial and hands, but was direct in noting that the case needed a bit of work. He assured me his repairperson was up to the task, and that the end product would be great for daily wear. He did not exaggerate. The watch is beautiful, the work on the case excellent--and the price I paid, quite fair. To top off my visit, I brought my son back with me in the early evening to talk watches with Gary. As my son was just about to graduate from university, I wanted to find a special graduation gift for him. Gary, still not feeling his best, kibitzed with us for well over an hour about the positives and negatives of the watches on my son's short list. It is my intention to purchase watch number 3 from Gary--my son's graduation present--as soon as Gary sells my still unworn JLC Tribute to Deep Sea. In a business based on trust and relationships, Gary is truly one of the best. read more
