Marc is completely unprofessional, regardless of what other reviews say about him. Here's an excerpt of his reply to me after delaying order processing for over 3 months: "We did not take your money. We do not charge your credit card until we receive the watch and we are about to ship it. So, do not embarrass yourself by contacting your bank and/or law enforcement. You have embarrassed yourself enough already! If you like, you could contact call them and tell them I hurt your feelings because you sent me 6 emails and I only replied to 5 of them." All of this because I told him I'm not waiting any longer, and to either fill the order or cancel it and refund as needed before I report his business to the proper authorities. He made no clarifications, provided zero substantive updates beyond "I'm still waiting," or blaming others, and made excuses for these delays instead of being honest about not being able to fill the order in a timely manner. I will add that I was willing to be patient (overtly so) and communicated in good faith the entire time. Yeah, fine, prices are better than other retailers online, but be prepared to wait, then wait some more, then be treated as a nuisance for making regular, VALID, requests for information after extreme delays. You're better off going to Zales than working with this absolute clown. Preemptive edit since he's going to make more false allegations like he did on Trustpilot: I accused this fraud of nothing. Now, I am. He is a fraud, a liar, and his victim mentality cost him his own business. Honesty is the better policy. Marc lied and deflected for months instead of being honest about being able to fill the order. Seiko was not out of stock, Marc is simply not a legitimate retailer. Once I confirmed that he wasn't going to steal from me, as other reviewers have charged, I placed an order elsewhere. GUESS WHAT? I had the watch in two days... So much for your lies, Marc. read more

First time doing business with watches-Swiss.com. This is a legit seller! Marc was very responsive to my communication, expediting shipping for me to accommodate me receiving the watch before I went out of town. I have never received a watch that was shipped more carefully and securely. Excellent packaging. And the watch was in perfect brand new condition exactly as described and expected. Buy with confidence. read more

I contacted Marc about purchasing a Frederique Constant Manufacture Big Date watch. He was able to source a brand new watch with box and papers for 1200 less than my local stores and about 100 less than a lightly used watch. At all times Marc answered my questions in detail in a very timely manner. The process took about two weeks because the watch had to be ordered and then Labor Day hit so the delivery was slowed a bit. All in all an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to purchase another watch from Marc nor hesitate to recommend him to others. read more

Marc provided excellent customer service! He was friendly and communicative and was able to locate the watch I wanted and ship it quicker than any other retailer. His website is barebones, but he's the real deal! I'd recommend Watches-Swiss to anyone looking for a special watch. read more

Dropping a quick review to say that Marc at watches-Swiss.com is a great communicator. He answered all my questions quickly and walked me through the process of ordering, even though I had some last-minute requests regarding shipping. I will be ordering from him again in the future. Keep in mind that shipping may take some time depending on when he is able to acquire your watch, but if you ever have any questions, he will answer rapidly. read more

Worry Not Folks ! My impression of Marc R and Mark Time Corporation/Watches-Swiss.com is 100% positive. He appears to the kind of guy that will bend over backwards to satisfy his customers. Ask him for a particular model and he will likely try to move mountains to find one. Sometimes that requires tremendous, painstaking effort from him and excruciating patience for the customer, but you can be confident that Mark will fulfill his end of the bargain (if at all possible) and complete the transaction ASAP. His powers are limited. He doesn't build watches; he builds relationships. That means first with suppliers to ensure access to products, and then second with his customers to satisfy their wants and needs. Some of his prices are unbeatable, others are not; but I'll betcha in many cases, if not most, he will negotiate a mutually agreeable price when the customer is reasonable, willing, and able to be flexible, and has done their due diligence, before pulling the trigger on a purchase. One's outlook when critiquing a merchant or product (or any human exchange) is largely dependent on the quality of their character, their work ethic, and the depth of their understanding of commerce: regardless of the product or service rendered. Some folks are reasonable, others ain't. I believe that Mark is an honest, honorable, and conscientious businessman. The following is a message that I sent him after a recent purchase. Marc, My Zodiac Super Sea Wolf GMT ref. # ZO9405 arrived as predicted. She's a beaut. Ordered it on Black Friday 26 Nov. 2021 and received it via UPS second business day, Wed. 1 Dec. 2021. · The price was unbeatable. · Our 29 Nov. Online Chat was congenial. · Doing business with you was a pleasure. · I could not be more pleased. · You won a new fan. Going Forward: · I will suggest you first to kith and kin. · I will consult with you first. Sincere Best Wishes to you and yours! read more

I ordered my new Tag Heuer from Watches-Swiss and dealt with Marc Rabinowitz. I live in Australia, but dealing with Marc (in the United States) was a pleasure. He answered all my questions and dispelled my worries of ordering such an expensive watch from overseas and supplied my new watch with an additional strap at an Awesome price and was delivered to me exactly when and as promised. I can't recommend Marc and his Company highly enough. You will not be disappointed. I will buy my next watch from him without question. Thank you so much !! read more

I initially reached out to Marc about a watch that was sold out. Even though his hunch was that it would be impossible to find, he went the extra mile a checked with multiple suppliers. Unfortunately we were unable to find the specific model, but his amazing customer service and exceptionally quick response time lead me to reach back out to him a couple of weeks later to purchase a different model. Throughout the purchase he was incredibly helpful and kept me updated on every step of the way. There are a few unique points when buying through Marc that you probably wouldn't get with buying directly from a supplier or AD, such as not being provided the postage tracking number, but everything is explained clearly and has a logical explanation. Ultimately the watch arrived right when he said it would and came just as it would if I had bought it directly from the manufacturer - full warranty and packaging. I can't recommend Marc enough, he will definitely be my first point of call when buying my next watch! read more

I fell in love with the Metallic Blue face Movado Bold men's timepiece and knew my fiancée would love it. I purchased the watch as one of his Christmas gifts. Not only does he love the watch; he posted on his Facebook page and received hundreds of likes & loves from family & friends! This timepiece is BEAUTIFUL. It was the perfect gift for a deserving man. Thank you Watches-Swiss.com, Mark Time Corp & Marc Rabinowitz for the excellent customer service and speedy deliver. My questions were thoroughly answered and the timepiece was delivered as per stated (within 2 weeks). I received the upmost professional experience with Marc directly & company as a whole. This was my first purchase from Watches - Swiss and although I was leery of buying high end watches on-line, I figured if I use a credit card I was safe. I ordered a Longines automatic watch for my wife, throughout the process, Marc e-mailed me several times to make sure it was the right watch for my wife before he special ordered it. He promised me delivery by December 10th and I received it on the 7th. I work security at a very high end Jewelry store that carries Swatch Brand, Omega, Longines, Rado, etc and I get a discount but we are limited to how many watches we can purchase so I got brave and bought on-line. I would highly recommend contacting Marc if you need a watch ! read more

Within the past 3 months I have ordered 2 Longines watches from Watches-Swiss.com. The owner, Marc, communicated directly with me both times and answered all my questions. In both cases, I received the watch brand new in pristine condition with the official box and papers. I received a discount of about 27% off the MSRP for both watches. These were newly released popular watches and no Longines Authorized Dealer would sell them below the MSRP. The watches were also not available on any of the "gray market" watch sites like Joma shop. I could not find any where else that came close to matching the price I got for both these watches. After you place an order, you typically have to wait a few weeks for Marc to source the watch and have it sent to you. In both cases, I got my watches delivered 3 or 4 weeks after I ordered them. Marc communicated with me promptly every step of the process. I ended up saving several hundred dollars by ordering the watches through him. Marc, keep up the good work. read more

First time doing business with Marc, I was a bit nervous being that it was an expensive transaction, and I was not familiar with his business and I needed to send a cashiers check for a deposit for a special order watch. He had so many 5 star reviews that it just didn't seem real. Well, here is another 5 star review. Very prompt on email correspondence, went out of his way to talk to me about several different watches and got me a better price then I could find anywhere on a special order watch from Germany, and from a brand that he does not normally deal with. I added a second bracelet to the order and of course, the company shipped the wrong one and Marc immediately took care of it. When the bracelet did come in, he installed it for free. I got the watch in today and its better then expected. His packaging is beyond belief, watch box, inside a box, and then packed inside another box, all Fedex at no additional cost. I have another couple of watches I am looking at and when I get the funds together, I will definitely be contacting Marc. read more

I looked for a very long time for a great price on a Michele Deco watch. Many websites did not come with a "warranty" card through Michele. Mark was able to offer a great price and customer service as well. He was very professional and communicative in dealing with all my questions. At first, I was unsure of purchasing an item at this price online, let alone a company I didn't know about. The watch was delivered on time and professionally in original box with the warranty card as well. I will definitely buy from him again, I love the watch. Thank you! read more

I had the most disturbing experience dealing with Mark Time Corp (aka Watches-Swiss.com). I was considering buying a watch from their online store and requested the price from the owner, Mark Rabinowitz, over the phone. The price was good, but I decided to look the place up online, and, to my surprise, found lots of negative reviews. I don't want to quote other people, but just Google reviews on watches-swiss.com or look them up on Better Business Bureau of NY website. I decided to buy the watch somewhere else. The next day I got a call from Mark checking on the status of my search. By the way, he sounds like the most pleasant guy in a normal conversation. So I politely explained that I had reconsidered buying a watch because I found negative reviews online. To my surprise, upon hearing this Mark called me a "stupid a$shole", because I, supposedly, believed some "f%cking competitors talking s#it" about them. To be honest, at first I couldn't believe what other people were writing about this place. People were claiming it's a scam and that they never had they watches delivered, and that they had to leave 10% in order to cancel their order and get their money back. I can't attest to all these things because I was fortunate enough not to have placed the order. However, the comments about Mark's rude manners and swearing at customers turned out to be 100% true. Do your own web search before going there. This guy does not deserve to be in business. read more

Mark was very knowledgeable and his expertise was very helpful. I called and he answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He informed me the Gucci watch I wanted was not in stock and would take roughly 2 weeks for delivery. I ordered the watch on 12/31/2012 and it arrived via FedEx 01/24/2013, so 1 week longer than expected. No big deal, the watch is absolutely beautiful, I saved $200 ordering the watch from Mark and I will definitely be referring friends to his business. read more

This is my second purchase with Marc and he never disappoints! His website did not have the particular model of watch that I wanted so I emailed Marc to ask if he could get it. As always, he is so very prompt to reply and assured me that he could get the watch. Within a matter of days he located the watch and shipped it. The watch arrived and it is amazing!!! Marc delivers exceptional service and the best price that can be found. I can't speak highly enough in dealing with Marc ... reliable, honest and 1st class quality. What else could you ask for? I have no hesitation in recommending Marc. read more

Fantastic service at very compelling prices. The online shopping world has lots of options but Mark Time truly delivers exception customer service. Great service and unbeatable price! Saved $110 on a $550 watch that is unquestionably authentic. I'll be a return customer for sure.

I have now ordered three watches from watches-swiss.com and am going to use them for future orders. They offer prices significantly reduced from MSRP and, unlike other grey market dealers (e.g., jomashop), they provide the full manufacturer warranty. They do not maintain an inventory, instead procuring the watch when it is ordered by the customer. While this may cause a bit of a delay, they are transparent about the length of the delay, based on their experience in procuring a watch through a given manufacturer. And given the price advantage, the delay (which has always been just a matter of days for me) is certainly worth it. I also found the owner, Marc, extremely easy to deal with. He is lightning fast in answering emails, does a great job at keeping the buyer informed every step of the way, and makes a very strong effort to deliver the watches as quickly and inexpensively as possible. I strongly recommend them. read more

My dad had found a great watch last year with Mark and suggested I used them when I wanted to purchase a Michele watch. Hands down worth it! Excellent quality and superb service like no other! Mark did a great job. It took about 3 weeks to get the watch as it was not in stock. After about 2 weeks I inquired and received a prompt response that the watch was shipping the next day. Received the watch and have been wearing it everyday and it is as expected. read more

My purchase experience was terrible. I ordered a Movado watch that should have shipped in 3 to 4 weeks. Six weeks passed and I still didn't have it. When I called to cancel my order the owner Marc Rabinowitz actually called me a moron. This was just because I asked why I couldn't cancel on the phone vs sending an email. I could not understand why he'd be so rude. I called back to tell him that I had sent the cancellation email, and he said "Congratulations" and hung up on me. The WORST possible service I have EVER experienced and could even imagine. STAY AWAY! read more

Mark's customer service is amazing. Please don't allow yourself to be fooled by any negative reviews you might read-- HE IS THE REAL DEAL! I hunted for WEEKS for a specific Ball Watch that no one else could seem to find. I went to jewelry stores, called so-called "Authorized Retailers" and even asked family to keep on the lookout for this watch in their travels. Daunted, I found Watches-Swiss.com via a search engine and the watch I wanted was listed there. The listing said "Ships in 5-10 business days." Taking a chance, I sent an email inquiring after the watch... and not fifteen minutes later Mark had responded. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my questions-- so I ordered the watch. Not only did he find the watch I was looking for but IT ARRIVED WELL BEFORE CHRISTMAS. I am extremely impressed. He was able to deliver the watch I wanted in time for it to be wrapped and under the tree. If you have hesitations about doing business with Mark, please be at ease and order from Watches-Swiss.com. You won't be sorry. read more
