I'm not an expert on freight, but Grok states $465 is higher than what they calculate for that same shipment. This is just an FYI and may not be accurate. $465 just seems like a lot. There could be other factors I did not consider. Just be aware. Here is what Grok estimates it should cost. Step 4: Final Estimate Considering Terryville Auto Parts' experience with shipping auto parts and the likelihood of LTL freight: Freight (LTL): Base cost: $100-$150 (minimum charge or CWT-based). Fuel surcharge: $20-$40. Residential/liftgate: $50-$100. Total: $170-$290. Parcel (UPS/FedEx): Base cost: $50-$100. Oversize/residential fees: $5-$20. Total: $55-$120 (less likely due to size). Given Terryville's operations and customer feedback about shipping (e.g., $15 for a small part, suggesting cost-conscious shipping), LTL is more realistic for a hood. A reasonable estimate, balancing freight and parcel possibilities, is: Estimated Freight Charges: $150-$250

We come down a bit more on the song side when it comes to this Quiet Zone in Bantam. We have visited several times, always found the staff to be friendly, well informed and doing their work quickly. From the moment we arrived -- and throughout the following weeks -- he was patient, helpful, and incredibly easy to work with. Bert was warm, professional, and never pushy, which made the entire process feel comfortable and low-stress. We had to stop by after my workdays with our baby, and we were always welcomed without hesitation. That level of flexibility and kindness really stood out to us. He took the time to answer all of our questions and was always quick to follow up if he needed to track down additional information. We visited a some other dealerships during our search, and many of them tried to add aftermarket parts, extra fees, or showed us cars that didn't feel trustworthy. In contrast, Bert and the team at Modern Mazda made us feel confident and at ease every step of the way. At one point, my husband stopped in without an appointment, and Bert made time for him right away. When it came time to pick up the car, we were running behind, but Bert and his sales manager were accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly. We love our CX-9 and truly appreciate the straightforward, no-pressure experience. We'll definitely be returning to Modern Mazda for future maintenance and highly recommend asking for Bert if you're in the market for a car.

I had a truly horrific experience with Modern Mazda. A few months after purchasing the vehicle we…read moreimmediately had issues with rodent damage. The car was seen and the technicians insisted they didn't see how rodents were entering the vehicle and sent me off. Not too much later I had another occurrence where they chewed up the interior of the car and we returned and filed a claim. Once the part came in we brought the car in to be fixed where they finally found the place of entry for the mice but it was too late, the entire underside of the backseat and all the wiring was chewed up and destroyed. This turned into a month+ long project. My car was in the shop for 25 days before we were ever offered a loaner vehicle. I received mixed messages regularly regarding the status of the job and was told multiple times the car was ready for pickup just to be delayed another week, then another week. When we did receive the car back it was in HORRIBLE shape. It was left stained inside and out, with missing pieces and an ill fitting gasket. Where's the oversight of quality of work being put out? The same day we picked up the car, we had to return it so they could fix the poorly finished job. Once I picked up the car yet again, I took it home to realize pieces of the seatbelt were missing. Again, WHERES THE OVERSIGHT? Not to mention they had cut or snapped the car seat covers I had personally purchased for this vehicle. When I brought the car back for the fourth or fifth time, they couldn't fix the seatbelt issue and asked me to come back AGAIN in another few days. The manager was present when I returned, but walked away, no apology or acknowledgement of the shortcomings of his business. My experience was so horrific I ended up selling the car altogether. I wish I had listened to my friends who also had a poor experience here. Please head this warning.

After talking with Jon, And inspecting the awesome Truck we had been looking at, no hard sale, no intrusive approach, My wife and I asked If we could take a test drive, Jon Copied our licenses, and we were on the road! When we came back, we went into thee office and said "WE'RE SOLD" THE TRUCK IS A BEAUTY, it only has 65,400 miles on it, No rust AT ALL!!!, I saw the truck of my dreams, and it was $19,500. I felt that truck is worth every penny they were asking. The truck is so solid, I felt no need to barter with Jon, and most important no pressure The salesman walked me into thee office and went over very detail, I bought a 2 year extended warranty which I had purchased through Edge, and I even came out of the deal under my budget of $23,600 and I WAS HAPPY, AND MY WIFE IS HAPPY.
