I asked to speak to the guy who was on the phone yesterday because he told me that my total would be 1700$ and supposedly he wasn't working and they did nothing to help me out beside say oh well we can just give u your deposit back knowing I drove 3 and a half hours so I had to pay due to the fact that I drove there from so far the transmission does look nice and new Becuase it only has 26k miles but with the 1 year warranty for parts and labor I paid 2,221$ and felt like shit Becuase that's how they made me feel definitely could have better customer service although it wasn't to bad they could of worked with me on the price instead they basically said then don't buy it we will reimburse ur deposit and didn't try to contact the person I talk to when I paid deposit which I felt was one of the guys there to be honest but could be wrong . Would have got 4/5 stars but made me feel like they honestly didn't care about me as a customer

Hello.. to all who may shop this Napa location. If you purchase anything that has a core charge…read moreand must be returned, please be sure to bring back your box. If you don't, you get yelled at that they told you 3 times to return the box, and when you do and tell them that they did not tell you to return the box, the person at the counter again yells at you says not to disrespect him and that he is not afraid of you. I might suggest this person needs some anger management training so he can learn how to treat the customer properly. I have spent a lot of money there and will not be going back. Sad, the owner is really nice and very helpful.

Gentleman at the counter was wonderful help, he plugged in a scan tool to look for codes. When that one didn't pull up anything he tried another scanner, all the while standing patiently in a freezing cold parking lot. When THAT one didn't produce a result he advised I have a mechanic do a more detailed diagnostic, possible an ECM issue. Didn't try to sell me a battery, or cat cleaner. So nice to have CAR guys, not just SALES people, at this store.

She asked for the make model and year and engine size. She immediately pulled up a screen with a variety of batteries and explained each one. After picking one, she immediately went to the rack and pulled it off and brought it to the counter. This thing was heavy. she had me in and out of there in a matter of a couple minutes. Fastest most efficient service I've ever had in a auto parts store. Great customer service by this gal!

The experience went very well…read more I had to buy a motor, which no one ever wants to do, but these things happen. Fortunately, I have the means to transport one, which led me here. I was able to Facebook message Mike, and we worked out a great cash price on a VQ37 with 81k miles on it. Just $1100! Sure, might have found something slightly cheaper online, but having a motor shipped in sight unseen? Yikes, no thanks. And after all the work, the motor is simply EXCELLENT. My 370z (flex) spins like a top now... frankly it runs even better than the day I got it. Partial credit to the shop that did the work, and the remainder here for selling me a good engine. The one tiny little gripe is that dude at the front desk with the bluetooth headset and the glass surrounding his work area like a hockey rink. I mean, what IS that? Why work at a *front desk* if you are clearly trying to shield yourself from the outside world as you do... whatever the hell it is you do. Fortunately, there are other people working here. Anyway, thanks for the motor, I'll be back... but hopefully not for another motor ;).

I'm writing this review before receiving the product. The company seems legit, but they charge a…read morelot for freight shipping. $465 for CT to PA - 220 miles for a corolla hood. I'm not an expert on freight, but Grok states $465 is higher than what they calculate for that same shipment. This is just an FYI and may not be accurate. $465 just seems like a lot. There could be other factors I did not consider. Just be aware. Here is what Grok estimates it should cost. Step 4: Final Estimate Considering Terryville Auto Parts' experience with shipping auto parts and the likelihood of LTL freight: Freight (LTL): Base cost: $100-$150 (minimum charge or CWT-based). Fuel surcharge: $20-$40. Residential/liftgate: $50-$100. Total: $170-$290. Parcel (UPS/FedEx): Base cost: $50-$100. Oversize/residential fees: $5-$20. Total: $55-$120 (less likely due to size). Given Terryville's operations and customer feedback about shipping (e.g., $15 for a small part, suggesting cost-conscious shipping), LTL is more realistic for a hood. A reasonable estimate, balancing freight and parcel possibilities, is: Estimated Freight Charges: $150-$250

I have been having my vehicles serviced at European Motorcars for over 8 years and I cannot say…read moreenough about the family owned business. My first experience with European was after leaving another local garage where I had my car serviced. After the prior garage would not stand by their work or return my phone calls, I reluctantly pulled into the parking lot of European Motorcars. I was met by Tom, his brother Jack, and Jen who all assured me they would have my car in great shape for the upcoming snowstorm. They delivered beyond my expectations and I have been bringing my vehicles there ever since. There has not been one time that my car was misdiagnosed. Jack, the head mechanic is very talented and he can fix anything! Their rates are reasonable and competitive, but most important - they always get it right! European provides flexible and private shuttle service during their hours of operation and they are always accurate and punctual. There is one designated driver, so I always know who will be driving me home or picking me up and I always feel safe and welcome his familiar smile and professionalism. I have also had the opportunity to use European's auto body department and that experience was excellent as well. Jamie, the auto body department manager made the entire process easy and flawless. My vehicle looked perfect when the job was complete and this is coming from someone who had an uncle who owned his own auto body shop for over 40 years in Forestville, CT. My uncle has been gone now for some time, but he was a perfectionist when it came to his work and he would have been very impressed with the job performed by Europeans' auto body department.
