Napa is very unprofessional, use Amazon instead…read more I ordered some spark plugs online for pickup at the Middleton warehouse store. This was on Tuesday and the email confirmation said that they would notify me when the items were ready. This was for an in-store-pick-up. They never notified me. I called on Thursday and the boy who answered said orders are ready 10 minutes after you place them online, so mine should be ready, come by and pick it up. I went to pick it up on Friday and was told there was no record of my order and they don't have the items in stock. They deleted my order! This destroyed my plans to fix my motor on Saturday. Napa is not worth it. I will not shop there again, EVER!

The employee on the phone was VERY helpful and helped me feel confident that I made the right choice in dealing with them for the job. When I arrived, I looked around and was able to find most of what I was looking for. As I made my way to the counter, I figured getting the rest of the parts would be a quick 5 minute process. Strike one. The kid behind the counter was most likely a new hire, so I gave him a bit of a break. I told him what I was looking for, and he wrote down the key aspects of what I was saying. Normally that would be a good thing, but I was able to see what he was writing. Just as any other normal control freak would do, I watched what he was writing to ensure that he was going to bring me the correct parts for the job. Here's where strikes 2 and 3 showed up. If you work at a store that specializes in car parts, you should at least know about the makes and models of cars. For example, if a customer is asking about a Hyundai Elantra, you're going to want to know how to spell Hyundai as well as Elantra. When I saw him write down "Hounday Alantra", I lost all faith in this employee. My "short visit" turned out to be a 45 minute stop. I've shopped here in the past, and will most likely return in the future, but this has little to do with the staff. This facility always has what I'm looking for and is open fairly late to accomodate those times when you begin working on a car and either have forgotten to pick something up or have that untimely accident.
