Very Disappointed... I went in for and oil change (which i've been doing for well over 8 years at…read morethis location).. I thought i could trust them. I serviced my other car. I recently purchased a new to me car (39,000 miles on it) -- and needed my first oil change. Tried the dealership and they didn't have an opening for a few weeks and i wanted it done now, so i booked an appointment online for the next day at Firestone. Dropped off the car like normal, first thing in the morning, and they call when ready to pickup (i work close to the location so very convenient for me. I also paid for the service to rotate tires and inspection. A hour or so later i receive a call telling me i need 5 or 6 things done (break fluid flush, tires, cabin air filter, etc) -- i was immediately taken back as i just had this car for 5,000 miles and they put on new tires, and certified pre-owned (i have a warranty for another 120k miles)... I told the gentleman that i shouldn't need any other service other than my first oil change, if i can get the report of the inspection and estimate of the services deemed i needed, i will bring that to the dealership as they should have had this done already. They said they would and then i got a call that my car was ready. The report only had Tires are needed (and the tires are brand new)... so when i brought the report over and asked for an explanation, also why the services aren't listed. He said, the computer automatically output recommendations based on milage. Well i didn't pay for "recommendations" from a milage chart, i paid for an inspection. So why the call and upsell?? I guess if i hadn't just purchased the car, i may have fell victim to trusting the professionals.. though in my estimation, i got charge for services i didn't receive. Very concerning and unprofessional, will be hard pressed to trust anything they tell me.

I recently had the front end of my 2016 Honda Accord inspected after replacing my tire. Jeremy reported that the struts were original and worn but not blown or leaking. He also reported that the front brakes were causing shimmy so I followed his recommendation and replaced the pads and rotors. The car handles noticeably better at highway speeds, which is important to me.

They offered to review footage of cameras but then refused when my husband wanted to watch the footage with them. They lie to make you quiet, they damage your property, and they do not take accountability. So an $88 visit now turned into a $1,000 tire change since my car is AWD. To top it off, they called the cops to remove my husband from the property but wouldn't just watch the footage. If that doesn't say guilty - I do not know what does!
