If I could give Dan's 100 stars I would. Here's why:…read more I had been trying to sell my 2012 Honda Accord for over a year. I was in an upside-down loan for a long time after realizing I got myself into a mess when buying that car. I went from dealer to dealer... even tried private sale a thousand times. Dead end every time. I finally was able to put a pretty good payment down and clear most of the debt, but it was still a little above trade in value. I was on the search for a cheaper car to build my credit and was specifically looking for a manual Honda Civic. Dan had just the car I desired. I contacted him and told him my situation and how desperarate I was to downsize. He explained he doesn't normally get into that sort of exchange considering the car was still being financed, but he took a chance on me. It took weeks for me to figure out my finances and he was patient and let me hold the car with a small deposit. Meanwhile, before I even paid for the Civic, he heard all of my concerns regarding the cars service needs and went above and beyond to make sure that the car was ready to go. This is what stood out to me the most about his character. He took it upon himself to find more and more to put into it to make sure that it beat my expectations. And he sure did. There was no pressure to buy his vehicle-in fact he even tried to make sure I thought I was making the right decision. On top of that, he paid off my Accord despite the odds stacked against me. His son assisted with the test drive, as I'm new to standard cars. Nothing but patient, kind, and honest people. You can tell they are a good family. Thank you Dan and everyone who made this experience painless. It has been the first good thing to happen in a long time for me and I am ever so grateful. I will not hesitate to bring my civic to Dan's (an hour away) for any maintenance it might need! They deserve to be recognized. Don't go anywhere else!

We stopped at Hoffman Porsche on a whim just to see what cars they had on the lot. We were greeted by Silvio, who took the time to learn what we were interested in and what would work for us. With Incredible courtesy and without pressure he showed us a few cars. After test driving a Taycan 4s, I gave him my trade in data and asked him to make me a fair offer for both a trade in as well as the Taycan. By the time I got home, he had emailed me everything needed and the next day we drove down with our car and a bank check to purchase the Porsche. In all of my years of buying many cars, this was by far the easiest, most professional and best experience I have ever had. We were introduced to the GM and service manager, who helped complete the process. I highly recommend this dealer, and I hope to do business with them again for my next car!!!

(TLDR: Horrible, low-knowledge customer service, that has me considering other vehicles.)…read more We all hear the old adage about dealerships... "They're over-priced!", "Aggressive up-sells and fear tactics", blah blah blah... in this case, it is absolutely true. Went in for a safety recall a few months back, and immediately the up-sells start: timing belt, valve adjustment, brakes/rotors, everything under the sun. I said no, just do the recall. Then, the phone calls and inspection videos start. "You really need this, you really need that", with price estimates that would literally make your eyes water, well over the actual value of the entire vehicle. So, cut to the end of this encounter, only safety recall was done, but I agreed the timing belt/water pump needed to be done, but I would get it done elsewhere (and at 1/4 of the price they quoted me, no less) Fast forward to this week, I'm working under my truck, and I see the rear rockers are basically rotted away (only the rear section, an issue pertaining to the safety recall) I call back the dealership, spoke to the original gentleman that set me up with the recall, explain everything, and he tells me to book an appt. (which I did) so they can look at it. My appt. was for this morning. I get there, pull in, and of course the gentleman I was dealing with is "absent" today. The girl asked me "So, what are you here for???", and I tell her the details. She basically says, "Hey, there's nothing we can do with it, we won't even look at it" I explained this was an issue caused by the safety recall issue, rear rocker rot, and the gentleman told me to bring it in, you would look at it, "Oh. No. I don't know why he would tell you that. He's a newbie. You need to call so-and-so, and work that out with them" (he's a newbie?...but, he was there 8mo ago, and I assume longer as he was knowledgeable about their systems, had a desk, etc.? Ok, passing the buck...got it) ...would have been nice if they just tell me that over the phone before. So, of course I'm frustrated, but I'm there, I figure I would ask for a quote on a "valve adjustment" and for installing "shocks and struts" that I purchased myself. Again, an exuberant price, I just laughed at her, shake my head noooo, and left. I get home, and call the number of the main corporation, that she told me to "deal with". They ask if I had it looked at by the dealership. I told them what I'm telling you now, "They turned me away and cancelled my appointment". They seem concerned that they wouldn't even look at it. They want all her information from me, which I give them, and assign me a case "liaison" to deal with... so, cut-to-the-chase, the bottom-line is, if it affects Liberty Hondas "bottom-line", they won't even deal with you... I had to go above them, directly to corporate. I took the day off work to keep this appointment, out of concern for the safety of my wife and son, and they wouldn't even look at it... basically, driving in the service center, and directly out the other side. Extremely frustrating encounter, that has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth for Honda in the future. Maybe I'll take a look at some Toyotas... hmm...

I stopped in for about an hour to test drive, get my trade-in appraised, and receive the initial quote. special shout to to Kevin who was so helpful and buttoned up! When I returned to finalize the purchase, I was in and out in under an hour. I couldn't be happier with the process or the service. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience with service manager Jim Berube! if i could give less than 1 star I would…read more My experience with Jim Berube, the service manager at Hoffman Audi, was absolutely unacceptable. He was smug, condescending, dismissive, and incredibly rude. My Audi had an issue shortly after Hoffman had performed a major service/repair, and I was then told the new problem was caused by rodent damage to wiring related to that area. I had legitimate questions about how that diagnosis was determined and whether it could be connected to the recent service. Instead of explaining the evidence, Jim said "I don't know, but it happens." When I asked to speak with the General Manager, his response was: "Good luck with that. He's never here." Completely unprofessional. After 13 years of trusting Hoffman with my vehicle, I expected basic respect and customer service. If this is how Hoffman treats loyal customers, I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.
