I needed fine grade scuff pads, but they only had ultra fine scuff pads. I thought for a moment before one of the two men asked me what I'd be doing with the pads. I told him I needed them for an auto-body project I had going and he assured me that they would be just fine. I grabbed the last box of twenty they had, which was opened for individual sale. From the opening I could see that there was just about twenty pads in the box, so I assumed it was good and told the man I would pay for the full amount of twenty pads. He ended up counting them for me at the register and found there was only nineteen pads in the box. I would definitely recommend this place, the employees were helpful and kind.

My husband and I recently purchased a used CX-9 from Modern Mazda, and we had an excellent…read moreexperience working with Bert. From the moment we arrived -- and throughout the following weeks -- he was patient, helpful, and incredibly easy to work with. Bert was warm, professional, and never pushy, which made the entire process feel comfortable and low-stress. We had to stop by after my workdays with our baby, and we were always welcomed without hesitation. That level of flexibility and kindness really stood out to us. He took the time to answer all of our questions and was always quick to follow up if he needed to track down additional information. We visited a some other dealerships during our search, and many of them tried to add aftermarket parts, extra fees, or showed us cars that didn't feel trustworthy. In contrast, Bert and the team at Modern Mazda made us feel confident and at ease every step of the way. At one point, my husband stopped in without an appointment, and Bert made time for him right away. When it came time to pick up the car, we were running behind, but Bert and his sales manager were accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly. We love our CX-9 and truly appreciate the straightforward, no-pressure experience. We'll definitely be returning to Modern Mazda for future maintenance and highly recommend asking for Bert if you're in the market for a car.

I had a truly horrific experience with Modern Mazda. A few months after purchasing the vehicle we…read moreimmediately had issues with rodent damage. The car was seen and the technicians insisted they didn't see how rodents were entering the vehicle and sent me off. Not too much later I had another occurrence where they chewed up the interior of the car and we returned and filed a claim. Once the part came in we brought the car in to be fixed where they finally found the place of entry for the mice but it was too late, the entire underside of the backseat and all the wiring was chewed up and destroyed. This turned into a month+ long project. My car was in the shop for 25 days before we were ever offered a loaner vehicle. I received mixed messages regularly regarding the status of the job and was told multiple times the car was ready for pickup just to be delayed another week, then another week. When we did receive the car back it was in HORRIBLE shape. It was left stained inside and out, with missing pieces and an ill fitting gasket. Where's the oversight of quality of work being put out? The same day we picked up the car, we had to return it so they could fix the poorly finished job. Once I picked up the car yet again, I took it home to realize pieces of the seatbelt were missing. Again, WHERES THE OVERSIGHT? Not to mention they had cut or snapped the car seat covers I had personally purchased for this vehicle. When I brought the car back for the fourth or fifth time, they couldn't fix the seatbelt issue and asked me to come back AGAIN in another few days. The manager was present when I returned, but walked away, no apology or acknowledgement of the shortcomings of his business. My experience was so horrific I ended up selling the car altogether. I wish I had listened to my friends who also had a poor experience here. Please head this warning.

I have never been steered wrong by this NAPA store…read more No matter how obscure a part I need to keep my 1987 Olds Cutlass Cruiser on the road, they seem to have it in stock. Prices are sometimes better than one of the other auto parts stores, and are almost always genuine replacements, and not OEM equivalents. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous.
