I paid $60 for a 30 minute massage and she stops the massage after about 15 minutes in. Before I go any further, the massage was very weak, unenthusiatic, with no skill at all. After about 15 min, she asks for tips. Why would I give you a tip if you didn't give me my full time, and also you half assed the massage? Horrible experience and I don't recommend this place at all. I need my money back. Complete waste.

Relax Spa was one of the best massage experiences I've had recently!…read more I went here because I needed a strong reset after a busy couple weeks of some intense projects. My back was tight, neck was sore, etc. I went for the deep tissue and to get things started, Ria used bars above the table to walk on my back and when I tell you I've never had pressure that deep, it was crazy. That warned me up well and activated my muscles deeply. She then completed the massage from the floor (still with deep pressure), making sure to focus on problem areas. I left feeling rejuvenated & ready to go. Pricing was also super fair for what I got, especially compared to some of the elevated massage costs around the area (I paid like $70-80 for a 60 minute)

We paid for a 30 minute massage and only got a 23 minute massage. It gets worst. I usually TIP but I didn't believe they deserved a TIP so on our way out we were harassed about giving a tip. She tried to make us give her a TIP and after trying to explain why we didn't feel like she deserved a TIP she continued to harass us by telling us that we need to give her a $10 TIP because the price is low for a reason. If that's the case raise the price because a TIP is a customers choice not a requirement and like I said I usually always TIP great.

You'll just need to walk around to find the entrance. Everyone I encountered was friendly. The space was clean, modern with cute decorations. I scheduled my massage first. Wasn't a fan of her technique. She gave quick and fast strokes - like she was rushing. Overall, it was okay. As I had another service after the massage a robe was left for me to put on so I could walk to a different room. The robe is not plus size friendly! My next service was a dermaplane facial. Again, did not like her technique especially when it was time for the dermaplane; nearly felt like she didn't know what she was doing. I paid a total of $240 for both services. As this experience was just "okay" for me, I don't plan to return.
