Okay fine. I call head office and tell them to use our concierge desk, they say okay we'll try again tomorrow. Two days later no package. I call Clearly for a tracking number. I input the number of Phantoms website. Order not found. Weird. I call customer service and they say they shipped my package back to Clearly because I wasn't home! Are you kidding me? They are rude, unhelpful, and the only delivery service I know that doesn't know how to use a concierge desk. Avoid at all costs.

Apparently most of the staff have been there for over 10 years - which seems incredible to me for a courier company (think: high turnover industry). Anyhow: my 2 cents. It's a small shop but they have full mailing and posting services including boxes and packing materials and envelopes. A full-size copier, too. Mailboxes. Printing services. The gent who helped me was very kind. I did buy the mailing tube from him, but I also got some rubbish cardboard to hold a flat print safe in my backpack. Sharp scissors let me cut the cardboard to fit. Super helpful!

UPS delivery is always a pain in my ass…read more They give a 10 hour window of time as to when they will come by. They ring the buzzer (which rings 3 times ) then just as you are about to pick it up....it stops , and away goes UPS.... I was eagerly waiting with my UPS tracking screen on and my paranoia vision TV Security channel on. Nothing ... I had called UPS to ask that they send a message to the driver, that if there was no response to the buzzer, to please call me. I would go down. Imagine my surprise, when after wasting my entire day waiting around- that the status had changed online to Delivery Attempt - No answer! They had not even tried to ring buzzer or call me. I was not happy. I called to ask that they drop it off at The UPS store. They did! I called and asked if I could come pick it up (yes before 6 pm) I arrive, barely had to wait, my package was given to me after I showed ID, I signed and was on my way home with my new Fredrick's of Hollywood Lingerie! Purolator has got to be THE worst courier company, hands down! We ordered a gazebo from Rona on a…read moreSunday and it said it would be delivered 5 days later on Friday. The gazebo came in two boxes, we got one box with the roof pieces on the Friday as promised, but not the larger box with the rest of it. When I called Purolator, they said it would be delivered the following Monday. It never came on Monday. I called again, they said it would be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday. Again, it did not come as promised. I called again on Wednesday, I was assured that they noted in the delivery instructions for it to be delivered the next day on Thursday. Surprise! It didn't come. By this point, this box has been with Purolator for almost 2 weeks! I called again, spoke to a manager and she agreed that this was taking an abnormally long time to be delivered, but said there was nothing she could do. I asked if they were prepared to compensate me in any way and she said no. I was told that I could pick it up from their depot. Seriously?!? So I did just that, because for the second time, I had people organized to come and help me put it together on Saturday, so I ended up arranging for a friend with a truck to pick it up for me from their depot. So Purolator got paid to deliver a package that I ended up having to pick up because they couldn't be bothered to deliver it.
