I initially placed a small order for 2 lbs, then realized it made more sense to order 5 lbs of whole beans for the better price and free shipping. Jordyn in customer service was absolutely outstanding -- super responsive, helpful, and completely on top of canceling the original order and getting the new one processed without any hassle. Their daily selection of pour over coffee is always delicious and they have got their technique dialed in! They have a nice mix of seating arrangements that suits many purposes from casual coffee meetings to creating art or a serious out of office work session!

We are spoiled in Seattle to have access to lots of fantastic bakeries, such as Petit Pierre as well as nice matcha shops. If you want very delicious, authentic and quality pastries and drinks, you might visit another cafe. But for just a quick drop in and you don't really care too much about quality, this is a cute shop to stop at or enjoy a lazy morning/afternoon.

I distinctly remember being shocked that it actually tastes exactly like it's heavily multi dimensional aroma. Immediately after Christmas, I ordered my 1st pound. Yes I live in Florida. The person there was very friendly, and recommended one of their coffee beans which were roasted the day prior. After purchasing the beans, I immediately drove home to try them out. And the results I got, first time, were fantasic! It turns out my prior issues were due to the 4+ month old beans from that big name coffee shop!

They advertised the house made cream, so we had to try it. It was fantastic, both as its own taste and with the latte. Could've used more vanilla, especially for $0.75. The berry mocha was yummy too.
