Our neighbor was pleased with the service, so we had PSCC do our house. We moved all the furniture we could out the way and off all the carpet. Only thing left on the carpet was the beds, and one large, heavy, piece of furniture. I then vacuumed every bit of our carpet until the dirt sensor, on the vacuum, glowed green (indicating no dirt). Note: While the "cleaning wand" can reach a bit under the beds, the furniture could only be cleaned around. Doug H. was our "Lead Technician". I think he did a good job. Now Yelp used to call 5 stars "As good as it gets", and never having this done before, I wouldn't know. But now Yelp calls 5 stars great, and 4 stars good. And since I think a good job was done, I'll go with 4. About the only thing I didn't like is that our living room was considered two rooms, "because of the size." Also, closets are cleaned at a flat rate of $30 (which seemed high, but we did get a 2 for deal deal). When Doug finished, he turned on the ceiling fans in all the rooms. I also had cracked all the windows in all the rooms to get some fresh air. We did find one spot that needed a little extra work, but Doug did get it out. We were told to try to stay off the carpet for 6 to 8 hours, but if we had to go on it, wear white socks. I went barefoot the one time I had to get something from one of the rooms. It seemed it took a little longer to dry, but in the end we were pleased with the work done. Oh, our water supply was used, via the hose bib on the side of the house. Bottom line: And now it's almost time to list our home.

We were generally pleased with the work done so called Billy to get an estimate for sealing all grout in our new construction home. He wrote an estimate for $711 + tax ($770). My husband and I discussed and decided we would wait on the floors and just seal the showers now. Billy then asked - "what would it take for you to get all the work done now?" I told him we would get all work done, just not right now. He then offered to discount the price $150 as a "favor" since we were return customers. My husband was upset to hear that they COULD do the work for that price but Billy had not offered that in the first place. So he challenged Billy and asked - "why didn't you give us your best price in the first place?" He did not raise his voice; he did not cuss; but he was angry with the fact that Billy could so easily discount about 25% of price and had not done that to begin with. Billy then explained that he was "just trying to help us." He held up the paper with estimate and literally told us - "I don't need this... this isn't a big deal to me... I'm trying to help YOU guys." Really? Trying to "help" a return customer who has paid good money for services by ripping them off? He then stormed out of the house saying - "guess you two need to talk." Two minutes later I went outside to find Billy and again explain our position (i.e., we had just spent tons of money on the move, new furniture, etc. and would do floors next month) but he was gone. I called his cell phone and he did not answer. I called the office and his receptionist told me that Billy was "no longer interested in doing business with us." Really? He made that decision within 5 minutes because we challenged him about pricing and he had no answer? Well lucky for us because within an hour we found another vendor who will do the ENTIRE job for $400 (48% less than Billy's initial quote) for us tomorrow. (Feel free to DM me if you want contact info for this vendor.) PAST AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! This guy acted like a sleazy used car salesman and was not professional or mature enough to handle the slightest bit of confrontation regarding his price. He doesn't seem to want to take "small" jobs. And he obviously doesn't care about past, loyal customers!!!
