    This was my first time at this location and my experience was great. They are under new management and he was very helpful throughout the entire process. Keeping me updated and showing me pictures of what was wrong with my car. He even texted me a report on my car, I will be a returning customer!!!

    Very accommodating. Walked in waving a coupon mailer from competitor. Cody smiled and said he can match that. "Yeah, but how much is a tire rotation?" FREE! Remember when tire pressure check and rotation was included? What happened? Did all the shops come together at the big oil convention, and say we should all just charge $24.99 ? I impulsively just decided to see if I could get an oil change done with a break in my game day schedule, rather than wait to make an appointment. I called Mr. Tire with their coupon, that told me it was a misprint. Valvoline had extra add on charges. My wife pointed across the street at the Midas sign. Dropped my vehicle for a later pick up. When I got the call to return, the price was just as quoted. No upsell of services. No pitch to get a credit line/card. I think I heard him telling another customer that they were employee owned now. I did have to ask for a report card of all my vehicle inspected areas. Although the tread depth was not recorded. I was ok since I had new tires. Special items of note... Free WiFi Free coffee Free TV entertainment Generous Military Discount with proper ID I recommend, and will return. #UpCloseSavor XP

    DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE…read more I brought my Mercedes E350 to Tire Choice #0601 because of a front-end knocking noise and asked them to diagnose and repair the problem. They diagnosed suspension components as the cause and recommended over $1,700 in repairs. After keeping my car for several days and failing to return calls and voicemails, I finally got through to them and was told the repairs were completed--but the knocking noise was still there. I paid $1,704.45 and picked up my car with the exact same problem I brought it in for. I was also told their alignment machine/software did not have the specifications for my vehicle, yet the invoice states that alignment was declined by the customer. To make matters worse, they entered the wrong mileage on my invoice. My car has approximately 60,000 miles, but the invoice shows the vehicle leaving the shop with nearly 100,000 miles. I now have to spend my own time dealing with the consequences of that error and making sure it does not affect my vehicle history. Paying over $1,700 and leaving with the same unresolved problem is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere, especially if you need an accurate diagnosis rather than simply replacing parts and hoping for the best.

    This location has gone downhill. I took my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in to have the housing…read moreunit for the oil filter replaced due to it leaking. A month goes by and it's leaking again. I take it back in to the same location and they proceed to tell me that it's the gasket from the tray pan that is leaking. I told them that it's fine to go ahead and replace it since it's the gasket and the warranty company will cover it. I got a call back from Firestone stating that the warranty company will not cover it due to the fact that it's the transmission kit, which includes the pan and they went ahead and replaced the pan without notifying me first. At this point I was pissed because now I have to pay the full price. Long story short I called customer service and I was told I would get a call back in about 2 to 3 business days and this was over two weeks ago. My vehicle is still leaking from the oil housing unit. I had to call back Firestone customer service today to be told. I have to wait another 2 to 3 business days to receive a call back from somebody high up in the company. I will be contacting Ohio Board of Motor Vehicle Repair and an attorney when I come back from vacation on Thursday. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION.
