Chuck charged me for a test that wasn't even the problem with my truck, charged me to take engine apart. This garage never discovered what the real issue was. The total I paid to this company was $1826 for me to still have to get my truck towed back to me and my engine in pieces in my backseat. When I called because I was so pissed about my engine not put back together just thrown in my backseat. Chuck said it would be a charge to put engine back together which he stated $750. They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer. I was so pleased with their care, I also asked them to give me an oil change as I knew it would be needed soon. For the last two and a half years, I had a love-hate relationship with my 2010 Audi A4. I loved how…read moreit drives, I hated how much it cost to maintain. After spending too much at the local Audi dealer, I turned to the guys at Redline for maintenance and repair work, including oil changes, scheduled maintenance, new brakes and rotors, headlights, and new wheel bearings. Nick (the service manager) is very friendly, honest and helpful. The repair work was SIGNIFICANTLY less than at the local Audi dealer I had used. (Case in point: $40 for a lightbulb at Redline, $140 at Williams Audi). Nick also offered good advice on what maintenance needs to be performed, what doesn't need to be done, and what I should do to maintain my car in the future. The only downsides are that it's sometimes tough to get an appointment right away and scheduled maintenance costs about the same as the dealer. Also, there's not a shuttle service like you might find at a dealer. Otherwise, Redline is great, and I definitely trust them with my car.

They'll give you a free ride to work or pick up up when your car is done. And, if you're lucky, sometimes they have kittens or puppies in the office (one of the ladies breeds English Bull Dogs.) Puppies always make you feel better when your car isn't working right.
